I had a great experience ordering from active one wear. Everything fit as expected the order shipped and was delivered when I was told it would be I will definitely be ordering again.

Clothes are way too small even though i ordered my size. Cheap material, shipping was absolutely way to long and trying to get in contact with someone was horrible, I wanted to get a refund but changed my mind since it was so difficult which is probably what you guys want

I have received my active one wear and as expected it arrived in 20 working days and when I received it , the size were true and the fabric are really soft , it’s really comfortable, as I do jogging in the Saudi heat the leggings I bought was really comfortable and well ventilated it also made a perfect style to wear under my abaya , highly recommended

Scam, biggest scam in the world

It has been 6 months, and I still haven’t received my order.

Order #2658 was placed on January 20, 2025, for a total amount of $172. I have been waiting ever since and have asked several times for a refund. I was informed that the refund can only be processed if the order is delivered. However, if I never receive it, it feels like you are essentially keeping my money. The package carrier is YunExpress, which I have never heard of and found to be unreliable for tracking the status of my package. Initially, I wanted to be a brand ambassador for your company, but I am now very disappointed and frustrated with how this situation has been handled. I will not recommend your site to anyone, and if I could, I would rate it a -1.

Since January I didn’t received the order.

I never received the items I purchased. Very disappointed. I have reached out about a refund or shopping items numerous times with no resolution. I ordered over 4 months ago.

None of my stuff ever delivered. I spent over $100 and the customer service was horrible, I didn’t get a refund and I didn’t get my stuff.

Took long time to have an update about my order and nothing has arrived. I ordered last Feb. 13 and i got tracking number after 3 months and when i tracked, it was successfully delivered on April 2 somewhere in US and not here in UK. I have canceled the order on March but the agent said the order was on its way and yet she still received the money.

The order takes enormous amount of time to get delivered. For my first purchase I thought it was a mistake in my address but it took two months to prepare my order to get sent AFTER I corrected it. For the second purchase things are going the same way - my shorts are getting to me ať the beginning of the winter. And it is not caused by slow shipping, there is no tracking number till five days before goods is delivered.

Will never ever order anything from thus company anymore ! Ever !
