Been using active root for a good few years now, always a great service with a great product.

I have used the energy drink and gel for years and they have successfully fuelled me through marathons and beyond. I tried the chews and was not a massive fan, but I know people who love them. When I have reached out to ask questions the support has been prompt and helpful.

They were so good I went back and bought another batch.
Ginger chews stay a long time in the mouth if you don’t bite into them. When you do the ginger hits you at the back of the throat and then I can’t stop chewing it. I prefer to use them when cycling up a hill. It keeps me peddling.
Even thought it is covered in sugar they don’t taste sweet to me..

A very helpful company. Product arrived quickly. Absolutely love the flavour and how gentle it is on the stomach while running.

Very easy to order, arrived as described. Nice packaging and easy to use product. I use the gel mixed with water in the gel squeeze tube at 33 minute intervals whilst swimming. The mix is easy to swallow and the flavours original and peppermint and choc are nice. The gel sits well in my stomach and it doesn’t taste super sweet, which I prefer, to sweet can feel a bit much if you are fuelling over a long period of time. It may also help in the sea to calm the stomach when there are a lot of waves. The only thing I would like to see is the option to attach the gel to the outside of a tow float to speed up feeding stops.

Easy to order online with fast delivery. While the formulation of the product has changed since my last purchase, the electrolyte still tastes great. Be sure to follow the instructions, though. I put the usual amount of active root into my drinks bottle and it almost blew my head off. A little less then half the old formula is all that's needed!

I like Active Root. The flavours are good, including the mint which was a bit of a surprise really. This is the most palatable energy drink I've found, but the level of sugar is a problem for long distances where consuming several bottles in a day. After a while, this gets to my stomach (despite being better than many) causing difficulty eating and continuing to run. Overall it's still my go to option, but I need to restrict the intake over a full day or longer.

Great products. Ideal for me as a coeliac. Love the hydration powder perfect for trail runs. Quick service and great to be able to purchase sample packs to try before committing to bigger orders.

My experience with Active Root is always good. Easy to order, deliveries always come quickly. Being able to buy single sachets is good and you can carry them with you. You can also earn rewards on purchases.

Really tasty sports drink, first tried it on PMA's Derbyshire sportive and liked it so much I brought some. Much nicer than many others I've tried, not overly sweet and very refreshing on any ride. Ordering was very simple, arrived quickly and well packaged. Will definitely be getting some more. It's now my go to sports drink
