STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY'S SUB-STANDARD PRODUCT.
I bought two round neck bamboo tees. I am a large size 14 so of course ordered the size 12~14. They are truly awful, just awful. First of all the length, they are down to my mid-thigh, way too long, could almost wear them as a dress. Secondly they are huge and completely shapeless, they must be about a size 18~20 in reality. Quality wise they are very average, certainly not good. Of course I am trying to return them, they are completely unwearable. So, because they were discounted I can't get a refund, I can get a store credit to buy another sub-standard item but that will cost me $15 - their "restocking" fee. So, whatever I do I am well out of pocket. Save your money - DO NOT BUY.

I purchased the Sorrento swimsuit final sale. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good quality and a nice colour, but after all the reviews I was surprised to find it very unflattering on my size 12-14 body. I have a long torso so it was very high cut despite the adjustable straps, and the fabric clung to my belly button meaning it draws your eye to my donut tummy (which I wasn’t anxious about until today). Not bad, just not amazing. Don’t think I can pull it off sadly. Will give to a friend.

I love my new Coolum one piece. Amazing quality swimwear which not only fits well but looks great. The customer service is exceptional. I will absolutely be buying from Active Truth again.

I purchased swimwear on sale, it didn't fit so I wanted to return it. I couldn't get a refund, which was fine but I had to swap for new items or I would lose $15 from the amount I'd spent ($150) as a 'cost of returning my items'. I selected a few items that did not quite add to my return amount - my total was $130 - but thought I'd keep $20 a credit to apply later. Nope, my order went through for $130, no credit was left so boom, my return cost $20. Will never buy from these guys again.

Overall not a great experience unfortunately. Shipping price is high, and only when spending over $200 do you get free shipping (and what do you know, the swimsuit they market everywhere is $190!) - I buy online a lot and don't usually see shipping this high. And the most frustrating part, I don't qualify for a refund on the item that was a terrible fit and unflattering on me because I used an influencers discount code. So now I'm stuck with a gift card and don't want to buy anything from them again - total rort and not at all customer focused.

Designed with curves in mind, this brand nails it with beautiful fabrics and flattering designs. I have never felt so amazing in swimwear! Their customer service team are incredible too.

They are a reliable brand, with great quality products. Never had any issues. Iv been buying from them since they started and love the long lasting quality.
