We have just had 10 windows and 2 doors fitted by Active Windows and we are very pleased with the result.
Firstly Phil the surveyor was very helpful and friendly, but especially Dave the fitter who did an excellent job, was hard working whilst caring about fine details and working methodically and tidily. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

5 star review for ALL THE TEAM . Also a huge thank you for your excellent workmanship .we are so pleased with the conservatory rebuild . You saved us after a traumatic experience involving another company and your genuine willingness to make us feel reassured and safe in your hands has been outstanding . Couldn’t have asked for more from any of you and would definitely be recommending Active Windows and using you for further projects in the future . Fantastic job guys !

We've used Active Windows 3 times now on different properties and they are great. From Kevin's great customer service to Dave being a fantastic fitter. They are also great for any follow up questions or advice before and after the works are done. Highly recommend and will be using in the future as well.

A business has a chance to show its mettle when things do not go as expected, and Active Windows did just that. Longer story short, I had to cancel my order and Active Windows refunded my deposit quickly and with no fuss. It was much appreciated.

I was given a free no obligation quote which was reasonably priced. 7 weeks later I had my conservatory started. The guys did a great job. I'm.extreamly impressed with Chris and the team.

Hi i recently prdered 2 x sheets of window tint unfortunately there was only 1 Delivered. I phoned and explained to Zara. She did a fantastic job of sorting this erroe out an resending yhe 2nd sheet. She was fully understanding and i double checked yhe rolled out sheet to prove o was a single piece. Fantastic customer service polite an fully inderstanding. Excellent attitude and profeshional effort.
Very well done an i wont hesitate to order again on the future.

I had replacement windows fitted by Dave and Becky from Active windows this week they were very nice couple, they did a very good job , I’m very please with the out come . They were clean ,tidy and it was a pleasure to have in my home . Dave also fitted some skirtting for me it was another job well done .well done active windows your fitters are first class I would recommend the company to any one as I have already had a conservatory fitted by them and would use the company again

I had a conversatory windows and doors replaced last week and both men worked to a high standard and would recommend the company for other jobs and one of the guys put my blinds back and was very helpful

We had replacement windows fitted on July 1st and 2nd 2025. The Active Windows team were Dave and Bex they did an excellent job. I would recommend them
because the excellent job was delivered with friendly good humour and created no mess.

Superb, professional work from the lads who replaced two windows and were kind enough to take down my blinds and reinstall them when the work was finished.
Extremely polite, respectful and friendly and no mess.

As a returning customer to Active Windows I can't speak highly enough of their whole team and would definitely recommend and use them again. We were very impressed with Dave and Bex who made an excellent job of fitting our new windows. Also Phil and Craig who replaced glass in a Velux window in a very difficult to get at stair well. The whole team (not forgetting Kevin) are friendly with good interpersonal skills. They are extremely conscientious, very tidy workers and nothing is too much trouble.

Dave and Bex arrived as expected to fit our new windows. Worked non-stop, removing all the old windows and frames and installed the new replacement windows quickly and tidily. The replacement windows are well constructed and of a very good quality and everything was cleaned up afterwards. We have found them to be a good, reliable and professional company. Would use again.

Dave was such a lovely man. He was very tidy with his work. And could not help me enough it was a pleasure meeting him. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent company. We're here yesterday fitting patio doors and back door in kitchen. Dave and Bex were so friendly and left my home lovely and clean on completion of work. Highly recommend such great windows and solid quality.

The team that fitted the windows and doors was amazing no sub contracting the work out it was done by the active windows fitting team the customer service was outstanding even the boss came out to see us to ask us if we were happy with the work. This company is highly recommended if you need any windows or doors fitted you couldn't ask for a better service.

It started with a knock on the door and a man asking if we needed new windows. We needed new windows indeed and a few weeks later we have them! The whole process was smooth, price was reasonable. But my favorite part was the installation. What a lovely people came in our house! Helped us with some unrelated issues for free, solved some problems that had been bothering me (and the previous owners of this house) for over a decade, and even left cleaning liquid behind to help me deal with some stubborn stains.
