Deliver

Absolutely Shit Customer service I ordered they sent me a wrong delivery at top Wall there’s nothing like the order. I emailed numerous of times they promised they will send me the right order out. I received it wrong size again so that’s two times. Order messed up. I will not be ordered from this website again absolutely a joke. Do not recommend it to anyone.

Understandably your order came incorrect, however as we explained over the phone, this was unfortunately out of our control on this occasion as the order was outsourced to our local distributor. Regardless we accept responsibility for the mistake and processed an additional £30 refund for any inconvenience caused. After speaking with you over the phone and communicating back and forth over email, I thought we’d resolved this issue as you now have the correct set you ordered and you then stated you wanted the jacket to match.

Was recommend this company by a mate and what a refreshing company to deal with. there was a slight delay in my order and customer service contacted me to let me know there was a delay, and gave me a discount off my next order. But to be honest I hadn’t expected anything, as delays happen -that’s life. But when it arrived, my order was packed well and I was really pleased with my set, and the price.
Will definitely use again - and really appreciated their help and honesty.

Wouldn’t even give it a one star. Ordered items on the 31st of July in which it said would be delivered 1-3 working days. It’s the 11th of August and still no delivery. I contacted them by email and apparently my order has been missed by the processing team and This is a really rare occurrence apparently. I have emailed 2 times since then and I haven’t had any response and still my items haven’t been delivered or dispatched.

Apparently a refund has also been processed for my delivery fee, as well as an additional 5% refund for any inconvenience. Wanted the clothes not a refund for my delivery fee & 5% for any inconvenience.

The long delivery time was due to fault of royal mail and we’ve now fully refunded you 10 days after purchase as we were awaiting a response from royal mail regarding the parcel.
