the licence failed to be activated. had to order separate through another app..

I had earlier purchased a similar product with order #140164. The product is not working anymore and I had to perforce buy the same product again. Also, I did not find any contact to forward my grievance. It would be really of great help if the earlier mentioned product could be activated again as it was also supposed to have lifetime license.

It installed office on my computer but with no activation. I emailed them for the activation code and they just said to follow the directions. Waste of money. I had to buy office from Amazon.

As I have purchased this Office365 from you really pathetic experience for me. Sent several mails on your support that I am unable to login with given your Credentials. Since I have complained on you by the email I have't seen any phone support or Chat support on this platform. Worst purchase on this platform. though it is less amount. but customer support is most important. if you people selling a product which is not at all usable to the customer there is no use selling such product.
