misinformation, lack of responses and lack of transparency

The dealer of the car that I bought offered me comprehensive car insurance by Actua which covers "everything" and includes 70 Eur reimbursement voucher for every annual check. And surprisingly both was not true at all.

Sometime later I got informed that the insurance doesn't cover the thievery unless I purchase another (700 Eur worth) accessory. When I had back and forth emails, they clearly gave me the message: take it or leave it.

Then I got problems with the repair service of the dealer. because they give the repair works to an unknown third party and they say they have no control over quality of the work.

I wanted to change to another authorized service for both repairs and annual check. I got the approval from Actua. But still, I got posts from them saying that my annual checks are not in their records. I sent the invoice of the annual check last month asking if they changed my authorized service in their system. They got my request but still no answer.

I could never get promised 'reimbursement' for 3 consecutive years too.

I honestly don't understand their approach to their customers and how they think they could continue selling very pricey insurances with such a bad customer experience.
