Wish I could give 0 stars. Total scam. Never received my package, requested a refund, they refused a refund and told me to check with family to see if they had signed for the package and continued to refuse to give me a refund.

This is a total scam! It deserves zero Stars. After reading the other reviews that are similar to my situation, I really believe this company has poor customer service and are dishonest. I ordered one swimsuit and reached out to them because after a month and a half it was still showing as in transient from France. After receiving no response or updated tracking information, I reached out to them again and they provided me with another tracking number. When I looked up the information for this tracking number, it showed that the item had been delivered to the local post office front desk. I advise them that this was not the case and I have not received the item. I contacted the post office directly. Come to find out the post office verified that the tracking number given to me shows the parcel was delivered, but it was to another person at a totally different address. I even had to get a written statement from the United States Post office as requested by this company and they advised me that they reviewed everything and because the tracking number shows that it was delivered, they could not give me a refund. I advised them that I was reporting them to the Better Business bureau. They have not emailed or responded to me at all. Total scam!

I had the exact same experience as another customer reported. Did not receive my order after 6 weeks, asked for refund. Kept telling me they couldn't refund as it was in transit. Finally arrived 2 months late. Quality of swim suit was very poor and was much to small for average size. Asked for return shipping label and refund. Gave me every excuse to why they couldn't. I expressed their site said 90 day refund policy. So then they asked for photos showing it was to small. Seriously? You want me to put on a suit that is so small my boobs are exposed. I threatened they were asking me to provide indecent exposures on internet. They came back with just send photos of suit, shipping label and QR code. I completed their request and then they came back with two expensive to return will give you $5 credit and you can keep the swimsuit. Why would I want a swimsuit that is too small? I want my money refunded. Total scam I must file a credit card fraudulent payment now.

Why can’t I give negative stars?!?!? My wife ordered two swimsuits May 23, 2026. After tracking the package for a month, I finally sent a message to customer service. They told me that they would send her another package. She ordered a size larger and it doesn’t fit. She tried to return them but they said that it cost more to send them back. Offered her $6 dollars for $50 worth of swimsuits. They say 90 days money back guarantee. But they don’t honor it. Total scam! Buyer beware!

purchased a projection light and they never sent it, after an 6 week period claimed it was delivered to the wrong address, comes to find out was never sent at all supposedly coming from Spain. Do not trust these people. Buyer Beware

This company took my money over $65.00 and never sent my swimsuits back in may of the yr has not communicated anything about any problem.

Complete and total scam. I was charged extra for absolutely no reason. I ordered on May 23 and it is July 18 today. I have emailed them repeatedly about my order, asking for a refund with the same BS response. Oh just wait a few more days and the tracking will update. No. It's been 2 months. Tracking never updated. COMPLETE SCAM!!

Customer support is non existent. I have not received my order yet. Ordered on 5/30 and received an email to track it. Supposedly it has been in a facility in the U.S. since 6/28. No status update. I smell a SCAM

I honestly wish I could give negative stars! I ordered a swimming suit on June 3rd, paid for express shipping (not that I had a choice) and was told it should arrive by June 10th. It did not. I gave it an extra week and when it still didn't arrive I contacted support, which was useless. I was told they contacted the carrier to expedite the shipment. I contacted them again on July 9th, and asked for a full refund, and they said they had re-sent my order, and sent me new tracking. First order was coming from Ireland, and now this one was coming from China! AND, the tracking they sent shows that it was sent on Jube 28th. I guess they have a time machince that they jumped in to go back 11 days to ship out a new one! This is a scam from the word go, and unfortunately, I fell for it. So much for their 30 day hassle free returns. I guess that's how they get around that, since it's been longer than that and I still haven't received anything to return! Also, according to their website, they have a 4.9 rating on Trustpilot, which is also a lie.

If i could give negative stars I would. If you are thinking about ordering from this company. DONT DO IT! I ordered tummy control bathing suit, there is zero control on the garment. I requested return label, they offered me 3$ I emailed again and requested return labels, they offered me 6$. I asked to speak to a supervisor they offered me 9$ and said this is all I get, I can not return the item. No guarantee no satisfaction, they could care less that the item is not as advertised. Basically called me a liar.

I ordered this swimsuit for a vacation and it should have been here and plenty of time and then did not come until after we had left

Zero stars ordered a swim suit in first part of June I have no idea where it is Sweden China US who knows and they won't cancel my order and refund my money! SCAMMERS!!!!!

It’s cute, seems well made but sizing… meh. I’m a little one and medium is usually a bit big on me but went with it and charts confirmed. in this case I think a large would have been better-hugs in areas you would rather it not. Shipping was good though

Got completely scammed. Purchased a swimsuit on May 16th, it's now July 2nd and it has not shown up. I have sent numerous emails to their "support" email, and I get responses on how the package is still in transit. $50 scam, I am NOT happy!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a 2 peace swimsuit on June 1st and have still not received it( it has been a month). I have sent 4 emails to support to ask to track my package and got sent to tracking apps that charges me after a month of subscription.. Today I checked the website again and now says the order number is invalid. Very disappointed!

I liked the frequent communication about tracking my package but I certainly didn’t expect it to take a month to be delivered to me. I was glad to finally receive it and then discovered the shorts fit fine but the top was too small.

Once I placed my order I was updated with my order status, shipping and arrival. Very quick delivery and I am very happy with the swimsuit. Very soft and fits well. I will be ordering from them again.

Loved how you kept in touch on updates...It too a lot longer to get package ..I loved the bathing Suit but the top is to small and the bottom to big ...Would love to return it... Will you please send me information on returns. Thanks so much...
