Terrible, my insurance is through Frontier but somehow these guys got involved. I was assured that I was covered after I had a broken pipe leaking waste water into my cellar, so I got a plumber out to find the leak and fix it. Thames water told me that I should not stay in the house, I didn’t have an option but to stay, however due to the urgency I had to get the work done immediately. As the bills mounted up I sent them on to start the claim only to be told I am not covered. 3 weeks after the event a survey came round to inspect. His opinion was that it was an on going issue and the work wasn’t covered. I am now out £40,000 and they won’t release the phone recording. Last thing I want to do is get lawyers involved but looks like I won’t have an option. I could go on
