This incompetent, abusive car dealership

This car dealership is extremely incompetent. They continually made serious mistakes when servicing my Acura Legend, including not refilling oil in the crankcase, not replacing brake fluid, breaking the radio antenna, overcharging for the state inspection, and many more abuses. They were extremely abusive toward my sister when they worked on her Honda. They can not work on any car older than a few years. Management, mechanics, and even the so-called service consultants are all incompetent. Try any other
dealership or your local mechanic.
