I've been buying from this website for years, just went to have a look and it's shut down :( very sad, I don't know where else to go! Just want to say thank you for all the cool presents for others and myself!

Nice surprise
I treated myself to this large mystery box and thought the surprises in side were super fun. It's kind of like opening a care package from someone since you don't know what will be inside. They are a wee bit cheeky with "exceeding the price of the mystery box". I contacted them about this, and initially they forgot one of my items - with the missing item, the value was £101 on a £100 mystery box. I've seen a couple other reviews saying similar things, and they try to justify it by you using discount codes they have on the site and free shipping even though those apply to all items and aren't special. After going back and forth, they did end up sending me the missing item and a few other bits which brought the total extra value to £15-20 which made it decent value. I gave it 4/5 rather than 5 just because compared to other surprise boxes I've gotten elsewhere, the value of items compared to price of the box is low, but this may be because they're a smaller business. If they hadn't rectified the situation, I would have given 1-2 stars. Still lovely if you like surprises though and great to support small businesses!

Express delivery was great. Parcel arrived the next day. I purchased the £50 mystery box and a couple of other items. The other items were exactly as described and good value. I was really disappointed with the mystery box. I don’t feel there was £50 of items received.

There is nothing to tell you to add items you may like and the water bottle is such poor quality and is already broken.

A lovely small business, postage was very quick, all items arrived well wrapped for safe transport, the website is a great rabbit hole to lose yourself down for gifts. I love all the spooky bits I bought with expectations on quality blown away! my Bat Brew cup is ceramic, not plastic! Probably be being too excited to read the description but it was a lovely surprise, looking forward to putting my Pendle hill wax melt in the burner later and enjoying a brew in my new cup! /|\( ;,;)/|\

First time customer and unfortunately for me, the items were bought as a gift for someone else. I was tempted to keep them all for myself tho. Love this shop and all the things for sale, it's going to get very expensive for me! Customer service was awesome, they contacted me before my order was shipped to advise of an out of stock item and gave me the option to swap it for something else. 5 stars isn't enough!

A lovely item, took my fancy, so brought it for a birthday present. Hopefully they will love it too. I was expecting it to be in a box, when posted, came through letterbox in jiffy bag.

Lovely product. Was described as a purse but is actually a clutch bag not a purse. However as I love it I will keep it! My hunt for a cat purse continues. Delivered on time and really good quality.
