Have not processed my refund after 5…

Have not processed my refund after 5 months. I ordered some cycling shoes back in December 2018, but cancelled the order before being despatched. It is now May 2019 and despite several promises, I still have not received the refund. Beware...

I would not order from this company

I would not order from this company again. Despite cancelling my order in December as they were unable to deliver goods in the time stated they have failed to process my refund of over £155.
Numerous emails later, a number of promises and nothing!!

Acycles ?, Ah*les more like.

I have been waiting for a refund of a returned item for over 6 weeks now, it took several e-mails before I was even acknowledged and over a fortnight before anything happened at all, A refund then showed as 'pending' on my Paypal account for nearly a fortnight before being cancelled, the company are now ignoring my emails.
There are plenty of really good on-line cycle retailers, this is not one of them, steer well clear.

One To Avoid!!!

Ordered a 15mm bolt through adaptor kit for a Stans hub from them...was a bit busy with work at the time so after a couple of weeks i realised i hadn't had my item.

Opened up a ticket and was told they hadn't realised that they didn't actually have stock of the kit i needed...was asked if i wanted to order a different model ffs...ticket closed...

Reopened the ticket and said as i needed that specific kit and they were unable to supply it i would like a refund instead...next time i checked, ticket closed again with no response. Next message was a little less polite to say the least!

Total bunch of muppets...

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, they never pick up the phone and no response to emails. I ordered a helmet and after waiting for more than 10 working days I thought to email to check where my parcel is. They replied to only my first email saying that the item is out of stock so they asked if I wanted a refund or order another helmet. I replied to the email asking for a refund and since then I never heard of them again and haven't received any money yet. ABSOLUTELY RUBISH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Rubbish communication and customer service

First review I've ever left. I was moved to by the worst service I've ever received. Ordered a pack of spokes, was sent the wrong ones. Asked about an exchange which took 3 emails to get a response. Sent the item back (to France at my expense). Was finally - well over month after the original transaction - refunded a partial amount - deducting the original postage cost and ignoring the request for my return postage to be refunded. Lost 2 postage costs and 1 month. Never received my item, had no acknowledgement of the mistake and had 2 responses to about 8 emails. They suck!

Fast service no issues with the order

Fast service no issues with the order. The only problem was keeping track of the order. As the item originated in France the tracking was good until it reached UK territory when the tracking no longer worked. The item reached me safely just wasn't aware when it was arriving.

Still awaiting refund at 30 days after…

Still awaiting refund at 30 days after asking and still nothing. Had said they have received the item again 30 days ago. Bought before from them and all was good but the first time returning something has been an absolute joke.
Have given them a chance not let's see what PayPal can do.
Now Learned to avoid with all costs.

THE WORST INTERNET RETAILER I KNOW.

I forgot that i had already posted a review about this company two years ago. Bought two special tyres for my bike but sent them back as no longer needed. Tracked post and received by Acycles. No refund received. No answer to phone. No answer to emails. Had to go to Pay Pal to get the money. Awful company.

Zero communication, avoid at all costs!

The service provided by Acycles in purchasing and delivery was fine. However, now that I have a problem with the item purchased it is impossible to get in touch with them to discuss a warranty. I have been emailing regularly using every contact address I can find and calling for nearly two months.

Avoid this shop at all costs!!

I Called the number several times to chase an order , the calls were never picked up

I sent e mails chasing , I didn’t ever get a response informing me what stage the order was in - then I got a tracking e mail a few days later that had a link to France post - web site was in French bch and unmanageable - the service is not good enough for internet purchases

The worst customer service I´ve ever met with. Price changed after purchase. Very long dispatch and delivery time from France.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service - my item arrived with frayed stickers & dents on the frame. I tried emailing their customer service emails and ringing their telephone, to discuss the possibility of changing my order date. neither of which yielded any correspondence. I still haven't received a telephone call or email back.
