I would give Ad4M Fitness zero stars if I could. This company may very well be a scam. I ordered weight plates in Dec. and never received them and I get no response to emails or calls. If you are considering ordering from this company, don't do it. I regret it and now need to find other avenues to get my full refund back.

I ordered on December 10, 2020 and as of Jan 28, 2021 I cannot get the company to answer the phone, voicemails or emails. I really wanted the products I ordered, but now I just want to cancel and get my money back. Very, very disappointed.

same experience as everyone else. wish i had read reviews that weren't on their site. originally ordered on 12/4 with 2-3 week shipping time. 12/23 (after inquiring), was told delivery would be mid-january. Mid-january told end of january. Today (1/28), told shipping will be end of February. cancelled today. But they did respond promptly that it'll be refunded in 10 days. will see

Like many others I would rate 0 stars.

Everything everyone else says, is 100% true. So I am not going to repeat it. To the 22% that left good reviews, I would say they got lucky and still waited 2+ months to get what they ordered.

Don't be mislead by the youtube videos. I have 0 guarantees that I will ever get my order. As far as I am concerned I lost $900 on what seemed like a good internet deal.

I can only suspect that their business is doing so poorly that they don't answer anyone's messages and have such an influx of requests for refunds that they are tanking. That's why no one is getting any communication.

After this review, my next stop is to submit formal complaints with state agencies. If this was a $50 amazon order I wouldn't care, but I am pissed I wasted $900 and see the same happening to others.

Avoid this company at ALL COSTS!! I placed an order on December 26 and understood their delay as it was Xmas time and they announced a 4 week shipping delay.
I’ve emailed, texted their 800 number, and called only to receive no answer on any of them.

They only respond when you leave a negative review on their Facebook page. They SOMETIMES start the conversation in a professional manner but it turns really quick into a rude condescending one.

Again avoid them!

Despite shipping delays, with was 4 weeks for my 1st order than a month for my second order. Now seeing as how Rogue and York Barbell was out of stock with weight plates I was lucky to have found Ad4m Fitness on Facebook through an ad. The plates I receive were definitely some good plates, can't complain, they are a fairly new business so hiccups are going to occur. I see them them getting better with shipments as time goes on for as long as they stay in the fitness business.

Here I am still waiting for my product that was placed on Dec 3rd 2020 I have sent several emails and left messages but no one answers at this point I want my money back I will take every action I need to it’s a shame at a time like this ppl treat you like this

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
Literally lied to me on three separate occasions. "Sending it out today Mr. D***er, I'll send the tracking information" NEVER HAPPENED. This happened 2 other times. They will tell you WHATEVER they need to to keep your order or stall you. IN short they are understaffed and need way more people. They are in over their heads and can't admit it. If AD4m knows who I am, call me out on it, tell me where I am wrong. BUT I AM NOT, and the chat conversations on line reflect the truth. Had to threaten legal action to get things finished. Aliteral horrible experience. Go with a reputable company, it may cost more but you will get your product.

Back in December I wrote a review about Ad4m Fitness and I just want to say I was too impatient regarding my order. They are not scam artists. I failed to understand that with COVID and the holidays that the shipments were going to be delayed. If you're going order from them just be patient. The reason I didn't give more than 3 stars is because they need to work on their response time. Fix your chat and email. So I will give them another chance because I did receive the product and it's exactly how it looks on the website. Just keep in mind that COVID has messed up a lot of stuff so just be patient. If you need to contact them the best way seems to be by text. So again, BE PATIENT.

Which I could give zero stars. Placed my order in late November and was advised it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery which i was fine with. By the end of December I had not received any information about the order. No updates, no shipping, no tracking numbers. I requested a refund 4 times before someone answered me. Had to tell them I would dispute as fraud if nothing happened. The refund was issued January 1st and I am still waiting. Clearly the 2-7 business days is a flat out lie. These guys are a scam and totally suck. I would just like my money back. If your reading this ad4m fitness....issue me my refund please before I go to the BBB

I ordered a set of 45lb plates from ad4m Fitness on Nov 27, Black Friday, for a Christmas present for my son. I still have not received an answer or status for when I will receive my order. At least answer back and tell me they are still back ordered and give me a date for when I will get them. They charged my card for something I still don’t have after 8 weeks.

I finally got my plates a week ago. It only took about 2 months. The weights arrived in a thin cardboard. It had some dents and scratches. Probably bc of the poor packaging. If you don't have the product on hand you should post that you don't have it. Instead they charge you for a product they don't have and send it to you when they finally do get it... Months later.

At first I thought this was a scam because I waited months for my order and read other reviews saying it was a scam.
WELL ITS NOT :) I got my weights yesterday finally and they’re great!!

Interesting that there are only two reviews on this site that claim they received their order and both misspelled the word “wait” as “weight.” I’m sure that’s just a coincidence. Anyway, don’t spend your money with this company. They’re taking money and clearly don’t have any product. I have not seen one bit of evidence on social media that anyone has received anything from them since october.

I recently placed an order with these guys for their iron plates. However, I found some guys selling used plates around me locally for less. Considering I live across the country from where they’re based, it was a no brainer. I asked for a refund and within a day they got back to me and refunded the purchase no questions asked. I will definitely keep an eye out for them in the future.

Ordered my 45lb plates on November 3 received them today January 14 little bit of a weight but good quality at a very fair price

My order number 7334 and I ordered the weights almost 2 months ago and canceled the order when I realized they weren't in stock just take the money up front. And I asked for a refund and they said it was refunded but its been 8 business days and no refund. Im getting the run around. Don't buy

Very quick to respond. The weights I received are great quality. Very satisfied with AD4M!

They have lied for months now about the order having shipped and printed ups labels just to delay. UPS labels were printed 3 weeks ago and UPS hasn't picked up? Don't fall for this trick as this is how they will scam you to not issue a refund. If you have placed an order with them GET YOUR MONEY BACK NOW. Credit card companies will dispute but its a hassle.

ordered, waited 2 wks, hadn't shipped and changed my mind, they refunded me immediately.
