Do not trust this business! I paid over $1000 for a dress and was ignored!

I ordered a dress from this company and paid over $1000 AUD. They were fully aware of my timeline and initially responded quickly, until it came time to ship. Suddenly I was told the dress didn’t make it into production, even though nothing had been mentioned before. After that, they went completely silent.

They ignored all my emails, DMs, and messages, yet continued to post on Instagram and promote to new customers. I never received the dress or a refund. I had no choice but to dispute the charge through my bank.

This wasn’t just a wedding purchase, it was a major financial loss. Whether you’re buying for an event or something special, be very cautious. I don’t want anyone else to go through this.
