I have not received my order and have had no response to my emails to the customer service.

I ordered the Heated Rivalry book series and the books are printed incorrectly. There is no spacing between characters speech making it seem like the same person is talking. These books are defective.
Also it took 15 days for delivery from the day ordered. I ordered from Adam’s and Noble because they state on the website 3 and 7 day delivery.

I received the books 3weeks later in a rip package and on top of that they are not real these are 100% fake knock offs after not receiving the package I went and purchased them from barns and noble because I didn't want my son to keep being disappointed 😢 by asking if they came i would like a 100% refund for being scammed

Ordered a book box collection for my son and paid $138.90 and never got it, no one contacted me back to confirm or help with situation, phone numbers are not working, disappointing my child and charged me for nothing. This place is bs and needs to refund my account and I’m prosecuting against their services.

Fake site, scam, rip-off. SCAM!!

Update! After nearly 3 weeks of waiting the books arrived. I ordered the Heated Rivalry 6 book collection. I recieved fake, knockoff, counterfeit books with misprints, errors, and just terribly thin pages, almost see through. I have already notified my bank of this fraud website selling knockoff books. I have reported them to BBB and Federal Trade Commission and reported their page to Google and it has since been taken down from there. It's a shame people rip someone off as they have. Their whole site is fake, they used pictures from another bookstore in the UK and altered them to put their name on the pics. Completely fake company!

Easy to purchase. Delivered on time in perfect condition. No hiccups. Would buy from them again.

I have not received my order, nor has anyone responded to my email. I would like a refund for my order since I have not received it.

I received very used books instead of “new” like listed in the description. I’ve emailed with no response. The return policy states there should have been a prepaid label in the box for free return, there was not. I would like either a refund or a shipping label immediately or I will report it as fraud to my bank.

Purchased a book set on May 5, 2026 as a gift and now over 10 days later it still hasn't shipped even after reaching out to support. I was assured that it wasn't lost in transit and to to give it a few more days, but USPS still hasn't received the package. This was a birthday gift so it is extra disappointing. I would order from this company with extreme caution and when you have weeks and weeks to wait on the product. I am highly disappointed by this experience and do not plan to use this company a second time.
