Never use them

Never use them, they fake their reviews.
Bought a ticket with them. Called them immediately after, and they gave me a valid confirmation code... however, then they cancelled it 2 days later after still not receiving any confirmation from the airline.

I ALMOST GOT SCAMMED BY ADAMS VACATIONS

Warning: Avoid Adams Vacations — ticket canceled without notice

I booked a business-class flight (NYC → Phuket) on Qatar Airways through Adams Vacations for ~$4,500. I received a confirmation email immediately, and the next day I was issued a ticket number. I entered the ticket into the Qatar Airways app and everything showed as confirmed — seats visible, reservation active.

About 7 days before departure, I checked again on the Qatar website and my reservation was gone. I contacted Qatar Airways and was told Adams Vacations had canceled the ticket. When I contacted Adams Vacations, they claimed Qatar canceled it. There was no email or phone call from Adams notifying me of any cancellation.

With one week left and no ticket, I had no choice but to purchase a new economy-class ticket directly from Qatar Airways. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company. After three months, the case was resolved in my favor.

This experience was extremely stressful and avoidable. Based on this, I strongly recommend booking directly with the airline, especially for international or premium-class travel

SCAM!

SCAM!!

They will come up with reasons to ask more money but worst part they never book the tickets, they just have the Airlines put the tickets on hold. So when you search for the confirmation numbers show for the time being only to disappear in 24 hours. When you call Adam Vacations, the standard reply is that they are in enqueued for e-ticket generation and the tickets will arrive in 24 hours which never does. I finally got tired of this and called the airlines only to find that they booking was never made. For the folks who are writing positive reviews here, please check with Airlines or else be ready for a surprise when you reach the airport. Avoid this agency !!

Cancelled flights without approval and haven't refunded

Booked tickets with them and they had them issued the same day. Inexplicably, five days later they cancelled them without any alert, update, text, email or phone call. Had I not called them back later in the month with another question, I never would have known the flights were cancelled. They had no reason for the cancellation, and haven't yet issued a refund (even though they cancelled it three weeks ago). They claim that it can take 30-45 days for a refund... Whether it's dishonesty or they're simply inept, please don't use them.
