Fast response to request for work on patio doors. Excellent communication. Polite, hard working, experienced engineers. We have used them twice now, and on both occasions they did the work rapidly and left the place in very good condition - even cleaning the windows as a final gesture. Highly recommended.

Professional! Great team of people from the assessors, fitters to Ali in the backroom! All but one window measured to perfection and only one window broke on installation. Prompt remeasuring and replacement without charge demonstrates how comprehensive the team are despite hurdles. We also got the wrong door initially but this was rectified very quickly and we are very happy with our triple glazed windows and doors.
Never oversold and didnt ask for full payment until we were satisifed! Would use them again if needed!
Warrenty backed by insurance (if worse case Ada go Bust) so i have no complaints.

Very quick & efficient installation - really pleased with the windows and will definitely use Ada again for future window replacement. Fensa certificate has also been issued.

I Asked for a quote by email for window and french doors, received quote, it was fine date arranged to measure time slot between 10am - 12. 12.20 No one had arrived I rang to find out where they were?, running late will arrive in 1 hour?? not good enough could they not have let me know? on the new quote measurements were slightly smaller than I gave initially yet the new quote £750 more than 1st quote? After several calls to them with no answer as to why eventually I was told 1st quote was supply only despite the quote clearly saying supply and fit., I then received from them FENSA guarantees for another of their customers complete with their name and address and what they had bought. How unprofessional is that. I found them hard to understand on the phone and at the end it was a case of take it or leave it no effort to try and rectify in any way. The revised quote I received I now find is over £2000 more than a further 3 quotes I have received from other companies - I do not believe ADA windows are that much superior to warrant that. Needless to say I will leave it

This outfit installed two doors and windows for us. They broke one of the windows then failed to turn up to replace it. One of the doors won't shut properly in warm weather, but Ada Windows claim that's perfectly normal for uPVC doors. Bullshitters.

Very good service.. You get what you pay for and these guys aren’t the cheapest but definitely one of the best.

If you’re looking for security, style and quality then you cannot go wrong.
Have replaced my windows and doors for my house and have been satisfied with the service. Will definitely go back again and I do recommend to everybody.
