you are never paid on time. We cant trust yr services.Always cheating customers .Still almost one montth over. We cant send money to bank too.We cant contact anybody. No answer the phone. No customer service too.

Can understand the situation at a time of a pandemic and the impact that has caused the business. But at least they should communicate about the future plans and procedure regarding the repayments. They don’t answer the phone calls, No solution given to customers, Payments are on hold since 25th October.
They just post unnecessary items on their FB page, they should post about the repayment schedules or the status so that the customers who are not aware are updated and can understand. up to now they have not replied to the information added to their forum as well. No guaranteed certification issued to the email as mentioned in the FB page.
