Great Team Activity!

From my initial inquiry with Add Health to the stretch break itself, the owner Sean was super helpful and a delight to work with! We added a 10 minute stretch break in to the middle of our end of year meeting and our staff seemed to enjoy the chance to get up and move. This was really a much needed break to a long day of meetings. I would highly recommend Add Health, Sean and their stretch break service and plan to use them again in the near future.
