Made an order an paid by Credit Card …...

Made an order an paid by Credit Card June 8. Started to e-mail regarding the satus of my order July 18 and NEVER received an answer. Never received my product! I will start taking actions now and cancel my payment.
I waited long enough and their customer support is the worst I ever saw but to be hionest I think there is NO customer support.

Contacted my CC company (Master Card) and put in a claim to get my money back. It might take some time but I will report here .

Today August 16 MY MONEY WAS RETUNED TO MY CREDITCARD by the CC Company.

Meanwhile I advice everyone to contact you Credit Card Company and Claim they refund the money. Sending them also a link to this Trustpilot page might help as they can see this is SCAM/FRAUD.

BEWARE and NEVER buy from this place.

This company is a FRAUD - AVOID!

I regretfully placed my order over 2 months ago now, paid and...never heard back since. The shoes didn't arrive, I received no tracking number for the parcel, and all my emails to the customer support were ignored. This company is clearly fraudulent, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I'm going to report Addict Gear to Paypal to prevent their dishonest practices in the future.

Ordered a pair of running shoes from …

Ordered a pair of running shoes from them in early May 2017, paid online and got the reply that it would take 3-4 weeks for international shipping. The email said that tracking ID was provided upon request. So I after 2 weeks I asked if I could get a tracking ID but got no reply.

Didn't really bother with it until it was already 5 weeks since order and asked again about the status. No reply. Waited another week and informed that I will try to file a report for phishing to authorities. No reply.

I know it's kind of pointless to hope for a settlement. They probably also know that. So let's just say it was a $100 lesson learned to look up reviews before purchasing.

As far as I know, they are a phising scam company.
