Ordered a white workout T from JD Sports which was advertised as one colour, white. They sent me a black one which I already have. JD Sports said it's nothing to do with them as it came straight from Addidas. They told me to speak to Addidas or send the T shirt back. Spoke to Addidas to tey and resolve the issue and suggested I'll even keep the black one and buy the white one as advertised which I wanted if they can give me a slight discount for all the inconvenience. They said it's got nothing to do with them as it's being sold from a third party and go back to JD Sports. What a joke of a customer service. I'm no further forward as JD Sports don't know what colour Addidas will send me if it wasn't the white one.

Received addidas samba og shoes today. They are ok but not very comfortable. A bit disappointed.

I just wondered weather any one else has had an issue with addidas sizing recently as over the last 6 pairs of addidas original jogging bottoms I have had all of which the same material and wash instructions. Half of them have shrunk in the leg and remained the same in the waste and the others perfect. I'm not having this issue with nike products and feel that the quality is no longer guaranteed with addidas products which have all been purchased from j.d sports.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about in the reviews.

Never had an issue when ordering or buying in store.

Could be better for pre-orders and rewards clubs but still not as bad as the reviews make out.

What is the matter with this company. I have been trying for 3 days to order a Real Madrid personalised shirt for my Grandsons birthday. For no reason whatsoever they are saying that it cannot be delivered to my address even though I have had items delivered before. You cannot use Click and Collect as the shirt is personalised! I have phoned customer service and all they said was try again in 24 hours. I have tried again and I am still having this problem. Sort it out Addidas your company is diabolical.

The slide I bought is so comfy, and I like the feel. Delivery was fast too.

Poor service! I bought golf shoes in the sale, paid and then adidas cancelled the order - even though the shoes were still on sale but now full price.
Ridiculous endless texting with a company representative who was not clear upon how they were going to resolve the issue.
I literally gave up in the end!

After reading review i was sceptical ordering but the offer was with the risk. Trainers for son recieved 48 hours after ordering. Great experience.

Website slow on different applications mobile and desktop site. Filter options slow. Returns and refunds extremely long.

Descriptions of products on website could provide more detail. Caps one size fits all, but what is the diameter?

My first order will be my last , email saying DPD will deliver my shirt on yesterday's date , new email says its posted out but when i click the tracker DPD say parcel not handed to them .

Addidas quality used to be very good but sadly it seems cost cutting in the manufacturing process has destroyed the once very good quality. Seems like Addidas are more interested in profits rather than quality.

Bought 700$ worth of merch from the UK store then 5 mins later herd the place I was using scams customer packages and what not so I spent a few hours trying to contact them to cancel my order. I got through to someone who said they would contact them and try cancel the order. An hour later I get a email saying it's been sent to these people and I can't get ahold of anyone to reply. I have 3 more packages which I'm desperately trying to cancel so I can re order to a different mob but it seems addidas don't care they just take the money and leave you on your own with any issues. Avoid!!! Go in store but avoid online, customer service is rubbish.
