1,740 of my loan for a new kitchen gone and no worktops. No luck trying to reclaim this money and no reply's. Taking this further

They have closed down with my deposit gone and a very expensive piece of worktop they were going to re-size.
That is the last time I ask a local supplier to carry out any major work.

Paid £1700 deposit, can no longer get in touch. I fear the worst.

If someone from addition interiors gets back to me by the end of today, then I will retract this statement. Assuming they do not however, this is my review: I ordered a worktop from addition interiors in February and paid a deposit of over £1,500. They came to template on 11th May and gave an estimate for installation of 10 days later. Since then, I have tried to get an idea of installation dates, but have had no response. The only response I have received was from Becki, the admin, who told me she no longer works for the company. I have called the numbers on their website at least 10 times in the last few days and have had no response. I have sent 6 text messages to a mobile number I have been told belongs to Dale Pomfrit but have had no response. My builders (Front Row) have managed to get in touch with them by asking Howdens to call them, but they were told by addition interiors that they needed to talk to the client (me!). I have also sent an e-mail to the address on their website, but no response. My wife has posted on facebook, but no response. I have been to their workshop twice, once yesterday and another a few days before, but they are not there. I can only assume their complete lack of responsiveness indicates an intention to no longer complete this job. If that is indeed the case, then my review is - this company is not trustworthy.

I would highly recommend Dave,Dale and team from Addition Interiors.
Every aspect from the first visit,to ordering, to supplying, to fitting were excellent.

From original enquiry to fitting, the team couldn't be more helpful. When on site the guys we polite, tidy and did a great job. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for stone work.

Had my kitchen completely refitted in June, the team did a fabulous job, they provided all materials needed and completed the work within time stated and to amazing finish. Couldn’t recommend Dave, Dale and the team anymore.
