I purchased an opening skylight on the 2nd February 2024 and after placing the order, I received an email stating it would be delivered between the 7th and 9th Feb.

On the 6th of Feb, I received a further email stating it would now be delivered on the 12th of Feb to which I responded, and asked if it could be delivered any earlier. I had no response to this.

On the supposed date of delivery (12th Feb), I waited in for the entire day and no delivery was attempted whatsoever.

The same day (12th Feb at 6pm) I emailed the company asking for confirmation that the delivery had been scheduled. The next morning I received an email stating that they tried to call me to discuss this but they seemed to have an incorrect number. This was the first lie.
After receiving a missed call, I returned the call, got through to the company who earlier stated they had an incorrect number – instead they couldn’t reach me due to being in meetings.

After speaking with them at length, they said they would investigate and come back to me. After investigating, their response to the item not being delivered was that they attempted delivery but it was refused due to damage. This was the second lie.
After disputing this as I was in for the entire day, they said they’d investigate further. On the 19th Feb they stated that it was refused by the builders which again was not the case. This was the 3rd lie.
After requesting evidence for the attempted delivery, they’ve continuously skirted around the issue and have refused to provide what I’ve asked for.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They act with 0 integrity and to be frank, if this is the way they conduct business, I’m sceptical on the quality of their product. Time will tell but avoid if you value honesty, integrity, and your time.

Roof Windows: Website uses external measurements and not internal, which lead to the wrong size windows being ordered. The kerb quality was poor. These were standard windows and not bespoke. The only part that had to be made was the cheap plastic kerb and they would only refund approximately 60% of my whole order in net total. I asked if there was a possibilty of exchange at which point that stopped replying. I will need to buy new windows, but I will never buy from addlite.co.uk again.

Helpful chatline with Rob, no 'bot'. Had an issue as they tried to increase the price after I'd placed the order, but it was quickly resolved as they agreed to deliver at the price I'd paid and the item was delivered the very next day. I would buy from them again.

The products were as expected, the staff that I spoke to were helpful, but dreadfully let down by delivery company who seem to give a toss!

The products were left at the depot as the label had supposedly fallen off, then another 2 days to delivery and no one seemed to have any idea where they were.

Will not buy again unless delivery is guaranteed

Simple,easy to fit and gives plenty of light.
