I choose express mail by courier , I pay the delivery to made in 3 days but I receive my parcel after 9 days , I send a mail to ask the reasons and the reply was : “Because we have the winter Olympic games the courier are slow” …. total unprofessional.

Order white reflective arrow shape. Sold in bags x10.
First order apparently did not go though/ got lost, gave then 10days then a reminder email looking for confirmation of order, I had to reorder. Luck my first order was via PayPal.
Delivery as slow as a slow boat from 🇨🇳.
Product looked nice, but as soon as opened it, I had questions in my head about its reflective capabilities as not 3M grade it was described as.
But low and behold the stickers did not want to stay on my cargo cycle. When the temp hit 8 deg over night snd the frame was cold the stickers started to lift. You could see then curling fron the centre.

After my review here the company did reach out to me and apologise, plus offer a refund of cost of the product.

6 rotoli (CushionPaper™ Wrap in roll) di 40 centimetri di larghezza anziché 60 centimetri (indicati sul sito). DISONESTO!
Mancano 2 rotoli per rispettare le dimensioni.
La loro scusa: un errore di traduzione. Numeri tradotti male? Chiaramente non si preoccupano del loro cliente.
Infatti le dimensioni non sono le stesse in italiano ma non corrispondono nemmeno alle effettive dimensioni dei prodotti ricevuti che sono ritagliate di alcuni centimetri.
Purtroppo non posso mettere una foto a sostegno delle mie affermazioni, ma la qualità è notevolmente diminuita negli ultimi 2 anni. Dopo il confronto con i vecchi ordini, ho potuto vedere che lo spessore era diminuito della metà.
Ignorano i miei messaggi poiché ho denunciato le loro azioni.
Non ordinerò più.

2 rolls are missing for the dimensions to be respected.
Their excuse: a translation error. Mistranslated numbers? They clearly don't care about their client.
Indeed the dimensions are not the same in Italian but do not correspond either to the actual dimensions of the products received which are cropped by several centimeters.
Unfortunately I cannot put a photo to support my statements but the quality has dropped significantly over the past 2 years. After comparing with the old orders, I could see that the thickness had decreased by half.
They ignore my messages since I denounced their actions.
I won't be ordering anymore.

I have nothing but praise for the customer service at Adesivi Sicurezza / Sticker Lab! My first order got lost due to a address mix-up by the shipping service (SDA and DHL). After clearing up the situation with Sticker Lab, I got my stuff within 24 hours (Parma to Hamburg). Fast, no extra costs, in perfect shape ...thanks Adesivi Sicurezza! I will definitely order again!
