Making Change Stick

I've completely overhauled my life and my approach to living since I first started working with Russ about a year ago. ADHDBB didn't just help me get started, it's helped me keep going. This community goes beyond the "why" and helps me focus on the "what" I need and want to do every day. That's the secret sauce that I know has gotten me from running in place to actually moving forward.

We all coach each other and provide support in different ways - encouragement, ideas, challenges, even 1:1 accountability. ADHDBB provides both enough structure and enough flexibility for everyone to tailor their experience so it works specifically for them. With the help of Russ and ADHDBB, I've built life-changing habits and rebuilt self-trust brick by brick. Now that I'm here, I can't imagine trying to do life without ADHDBB.

Long time member... Highly recommend!

ADHD Big Brother has been genuinely helpful in changing the way I approach ADHD. One of the biggest shifts has been learning to stop expecting my brain to hold everything at once and instead build external supports that make it easier to follow through.

The daily commitment practice has been especially useful. Choosing one small, meaningful thing each day helps me distinguish what actually matters from the giant cloud of things I could be doing. The community also gives me accountability without making me feel like I have failed if life changes or I need to adjust.

Russ brings a lot of humor, warmth, and lived understanding of ADHD to the group. It feels much more like having supportive people alongside you than being handed another productivity system you're supposed to execute perfectly.

I've become more intentional about getting things out of my head, reducing unnecessary friction, and building systems around how my brain actually works. That has been a meaningful change for me.

ADHDBB is not for everyone, BUT if you are ready to move past books, lessons and courses, then ADHDBB is for you. Combine a friendly and knowledgeable group of friends to help you - then stop reading and start DOING ! Big Brother is watching and has you back.

Help to get started and not stopping

With the help from daily nudges, challenges, planning meetings and a bunch of people with similar struggles I’ve really turned my life around in the four years since I joined.

It still requires hard work, but if you’re motivated to make changes, this place can really help you get going and more importantly KEEP going.

Finally, accountability that feels like play

I've been a member of the ADHD Big Brother community for a little over a year now, and it's genuinely changed how I approach my day-to-day life. The biggest thing I've picked up is to gamify everything, and I mean everything. That mindset shift alone has made consistency so much easier for me.

A lot of that comes straight from Russ. Listening to him during calls and seeing how he shows up in the community, he's got this almost Willy Wonka energy, but for ADHD. It just works. He makes the whole thing feel fun instead of like another system I'm failing at.

I also love the challenges library. Anyone can create a challenge, and you can browse and pick whatever you want to work on, then report back daily. It adds this extra layer of play to accountability that keeps me showing up.

If you're an adult with ADHD looking for a community that actually gets it, I can't recommend this enough.
