All the staff at ADHD CERTIFY have helped us in every step of this ADHD process. From the beginning we had information with various options and no pressure. The diagnosis and prescribing clinicians were fantastic. The process was fast and easy. The clarity I never knew I needed!
I’ve always felt like I see the world a little differently, and alongside my autism, I had a strong sense there was another piece to the puzzle. I often felt “on the fence”, needing structure, but also feeling restless and hyperactive day to day.
I decided to finally take that step and learn more about myself by booking an ADHD assessment with Hayley at ADHD Certify.
From the start, Hayley was kind, understanding, and really put me at ease. She listened without judgement and helped me make sense of experiences I’ve had for years but couldn’t fully explain. Being able to talk things through with someone who genuinely understands made a huge difference.
What stood out most was the clarity she gave me, along with reassurance that the way I experience the world isn’t a flaw, but instead comes with many strengths, abilities, and positives that I should recognise and be proud of. Hayley reminded me of the importance of this.
I came away from the appointment feeling both validated and more aware of myself. It’s been an important step in understanding my journey, and I’m really grateful for the support I received.
