I would highly recommend ADHD Certify. After years of trying to get answers for my daughter, we finally found someone who truly listened. Shymaa was exceptional—calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough. She asked thoughtful questions and explored our answers in depth to make sure she fully understood my daughter’s experiences. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the report, as well as the separate letter outlining the educational support recommendations. The initial assessment was comprehensive and helped my child gain a much clearer understanding of ADHD. Mrs Dudhia, the clinician, was both competent and professional, and she made the assessment process feel straightforward and comfortable for my child. I felt that all of our concerns were carefully addressed, and the company has been responsive and supportive throughout.
I chose to wait before writing this review so I could see how the report and recommendations would be received by the school. I am very pleased to say that both the report and the accompanying letter were accepted and acted upon without any issues.

My experience was made a lot less daunting with Thomas Forest. He was very understanding and considerate towards me which brought a lot of stress off my shoulders. He explained details of the assessment thoroughly and even went over the time frame allocated which I appreciate greatly

Excellent communication
I received my diagnosis through ADHD Certify, as an adult, followed by medication on which I am now titrated. Overall very pleased with the service they provided and continue to provide.
With any of these ADHD providers in the UK you should get qualified professional clinicians and ADHD Certify did not disappoint on this account. So, this is not what stands out for me about them. Instead, it is their communication that I found to be excellent. The way they operate, at least from my experience, is that all contact goes through their main email or phone line. This felt a little strange to me at first, as I thought I would prefer to contact the prescriber directly during titration. However, I soon found it works really well simply because they have enough capable staff doing a really good job. Whenever I email (or occasionally phone) I get a response in a timely manner. Importantly, no matter how rambling my message, that response always shows that they have read it carefully and responded to each point with care, consulting others on their team as required. Consequently, for example, if my prescriber was not working that day I would still get an answer from someone else equally qualified. The overall result is a reassuring sense that, if I have an issue, I can contact them and they will respond meaningfully. This matters a lot as the titration period can feel uncertain and worrying at times.
It is worth pointing out that I was very fortunate in responding very well to the medication straight away, without any complications and minimal side effects. I think I had about as smooth a ride of titration as you can have, so it is also worth taking a look at reviews from people who had a more difficult titration.
My experience has been very positive.

Brillant. Couldnt ask for more
After years of waiting for camhs i decided I couldnt wait no kore so went in search of some answers for my daughter.
The booking process was simple. I choose a time suitable for myself and my child.
Everything was simple. The email told me what I needed to do (fill out forms. Then get the school etc to fill in a questionnaire. And fill out about my doctors.
It was simple to get onto the video call.
The lady I had (Asana Tairou) was very nice she listened. Asked questions. She was very paitent with my daughter.
The process was stressless as it could be.
I had my daughters results emailed to me 5 days after the appointment .
I couldnt of asked for more.
Well worth it. Especially when the nhs waiting list is 3 to 4 years.
From start to finish this was a week.

I had a very good experience with ADHD Certify, and special thanks to my prescriber, Anthony Richardson. I was anxious about changing my ADHD medication because I had experienced ups and downs with my previous treatment and wasn’t sure a new one would control my symptoms, especially with my busy work schedule.
The medication review was very supportive, and both symptom improvement and side effects were carefully monitored. While finding the right dose, being reviewed by the same healthcare professional was very reassuring, and their caring approach made me feel well supported.
