One star is too good for this shop

One star is too good for this shop, I would like to put 0. I ordered hoddie and socks from this order I received only socks. I texted them why I received only half order, first person, from customer service told me wait till Dec 12 and I should get the hoodie, if no I have to contact them again. Ok, I wait… Till this date I didnt received nothing, so again I contact them and they didnt gave me any info, whats happend, any info when I will receive my money back nothing only asking to wait few days, saying that somebody this and this date will contact my by email, but at email from them I got only message that my case is closed 🤬🤷‍♀️???? Sooo already one month and nothing no info, no money, no explanaition, plus they stoped answering me :))))))) SO AVOOOID THIS SHOP!

Worst customer service experience, horrible product quality

Since there is no option to actually write reviews on any of their products I will do it here. I purchased Adidas originals in May after my old ones broke. I was determined to take good care of the shoes and made sure not to overwear them, but regardless, shoes like that should withstand daily use. The sole almost fully detached itself in August.
I contacted Adidas multiple times via E-Mail. By the time I got an answer (this time via WhatsApp Chat), it was late September and I have since moved to Canada. My complaint was neither fully understood nor appropriately addressed. I repeatedly said that returning the shoes is not an option and that a mere 15% discount code is not appropriate after having a product break after 3 months. Ever since it has been a back and forth of multiple messages via WhatsApp (Emails are not received and I cannot call), which get the same unsatisfying and unprofessional reply once in a blue moon. I have tried repeatedly and regularly to get into touch with Adidas and have since gotten about 2 replies. Both were neither satisfactory, nor complete, nor considerate, nor logical. This is by far the worst customer experience I have experienced. And the fact that the same product broke once after a year and the other time within 3 months is a horrible indication regarding quality of product. I am beyond disappointed.

The Adidas company is very disappointing customers

The Adidas company disappointed me very much. My complaint is not understood, resolved or even responded to normally. Always another person who says to handle the complaint and then nothing. I have now been working on a complaint for 3 months that arose a week after purchase. I can't go back to the store I bought it from as it's another continent. Adidas, take your responsibility and resolve complaints from me and many others!
Will take messures in own hand now!!!

Bad customer service, bad product quality

Ordered from this store hoping the products would be good quality. Among the products was a ball pump which was double or triple the price of brandless pumps. The pump broke down after 2 times using. Customer service didn't reply for days, and finally they replied but each message took hours for a response. Their solution was to re-order the pump, pay again, and the. Ship the old one back and get a refund. I explained I didnt want to re-order and track my refunds. It is also weird to ship something relatively cheap back, it would cost more transportation, effort and en environmental waste. They didn't want to help me further. Worst customer service compared to other shops that immediatelly were helpful. Won't ever be buying there again, because the products are bad quality and customer service is substandard

Yeezy day is the absolute waste of…

Yeezy day is the absolute waste of time. I woke up at 7:00 in the morning to be ready for the 1st drops and maybe the turtle doves. Which was the headliner of yeezy day. And now 14 hours later. Here i’m sitting with the cancelled turtle doves and wasted 14 hours of my life on a shoe which was the main event of the whole yeezy day. Please guys don’t buy anything off of adidas or confirmed app anymore.

Functional shopping cart maybe?

Waiting for ages for my size to arrive, then I can't add ANYTHING to my cart,

''Er deed zich een onverwacht probleem voor. Probeer het over enkele seconden opnieuw. Bedankt voor je geduld.'' Saw Adidas say this is because ''the size has sold out'', so I guess literally every single thing on your terrible site sold out?

I was gonna go a little easier but reading these reviews makes me despise you.

Update: Now that the shoe has actually sold out it works again, awesome. Didn't get the notification email either, btw.! Great job overal

Perfect…

I’ve been ordering stuffs from Adidas NL couple of times a year.
Everything have been perfect so far . In my experience this is the best website I ever shopped with .
Free shipping , free and easy returning .
I always order several sizes of almost everything and I keep only the one that fit me .
Returning the rest and changing the sizes has been a piece of cake . And especially when you can just give your returning package to the PostNL delivery guys without leaving the door. It’s a dream since my return packages are always 5kg++ .
After working on my return package , Adidas adjusts amount that I need to pay on Klarna right away . So no fuss about waiting for refund .
Just like when you order with other webshops, be sure when you order . Read the descriptions of the stuffs ( sizing and material ) That way you will least likely to make mistake and take your frustration out on the customer service afterward.

They have nice sales period pretty often as well .

Also, you can link your account to ADIDAS training and running app and earn discount coupon by your workout .

Everything has been perfect. Can’t wish for better webshop.

No refund received and horrible customer service

I placed an order and received a confirmation for it. After not having received my product in more than a week, I contacted customer service (they first introduced themselves as Reebok, but I ordered from
Adidas.nl) and they mentioned that the order didn’t go through because of a technical issue and that I would get a refund. I had to place another order but the size that I needed was out of stock. But up until
I have NOT received the refund. I’m very DISSATISFIED and won’t be ordering from adidas.nl again. Customer service is HORRIBLE and they just don’t care about their customers.

So gross

So gross! Got delivered an expensive T-shirt with a yellow spot on it! Adidas reached the bottom of a gross, unqualified service! On top of that have to go and return it because they were careless when making the package and put a T-shirt with a big yellow spot … so disappointed!

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. When I returned part of my order, I chose to receive a gift card instead of a refund as a gesture of good will, and to facilitate a quicker transaction. Instead, I received no gift card a week later, and I was told that I would only be able to use it on the webshop, and only in the country I had made my original order. As I am leaving this country, I asked to receive a refund instead, which I was not granted because "I have already made a choice". They are actively punishing their customers for showing good will in their transactions with the company. Disgrace.

Damaged product, discount.

I recently purchased a shirt which was damaged, they gave me the option of returning it with a full refund and voucher for 15% or my next purchase or keeping the shirt with a voucher 30% of my next purchase. I found these options acceptable, but was still a bit disappointed with the damaged shirt that was sold out.

The customer service is horrible!

The customer service is horrible!
I recently ordered a birthday gift for my husband,when the shoe came it had a defect.
Now the size is not available and they refuse to give us a similar other shoe.
I have to wait till adidas decides to give me my money back.
Horrible! We are thinking tongo back to Nike at least they know what customer service is.

Worst customer service

Ordered online, two days later my items were 20% cheaper, after 5 days it went up to 50%. I called to get a refund, or at least a compensation. But the only thing they could do was that I would send it back and order again. Any customer friendly shop would not take this route.

This has to be the biggest selection of Adidas online. I love all the 3 stripe Originals but all the performance gear is here too. Got my order the next day. Great service.
