Brilliant service from ADI Leak Detection. Caroline in the offce was so nice, reasssuring, and put me at ease because l did nor know what to expect. Robert was hardworking, incredibly knowledgeable, and talked though everything he was doing. l am so pleased he detected the Leak on ur underground supply pipe and did a good repair. Robert was very thorough and explained what he was doing as he went. He detected and fixed 2 leaks in the outdoor water pipe under our paving. Excellent service.

Craig was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and very tidy. This is a large property and he traced leaks and sources of damp in walls and in heating pipes under concrete floors.

I was charged £954 for a visit lasting approximately one hour. Before the visit, I had already narrowed the problem down to the hot-water pipe beneath the kitchen floor and showed the guy the area I suspected.
Once the leak area had been confirmed, the engineer said the external stopcock was faulty and that the access/repair could not continue. Welsh Water later attended, confirmed that the stopcock was working correctly and isolated the supply without repairing or replacing it.
I was then told on the phone that another attendance charge would apply before the company would return to actually complete the access and repair work, and this was not cheap! After several arguments with members of staff on the phone, I explained that I had time-stamped Ring footage of the engineer operating the stopcock incorrectly and could obtain written confirmation from Welsh Water that it was not faulty.
After saying that the company agreed to send a more senior guy out without an additional attendance charge.
By that point, I had lost confidence in the company so much, I arranged for a local plumber to complete the work instead, who also agreed that this service is shocking. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again, the last thing you need when you have an active leak is to deal with these people. I have retained the quotation, payment record, Ring footage and Welsh Water evidence.

Mark Pavitt was fantastic- found the leak, repaired it , explained issue in detail and was super friendly. Will gladly recommend him for any leak detection job.

£720 to spend 2hrs on site to find a leak, fair enough costs money for all that kit & experience, gave me a price to reroute the mains as leak was under the house but when I asked for them to tell me where the pipe would be routed so I could get prices for remedial work & get it all agreed with insurance they said they wanted another £200 for an engineer to visit, I queried this and they said they'd get back to me - they didn't. Total waste of time, meantime we're still having to restrict our water use .

Robert worked very hard to successfully find a relatively small leak in the external water main several feet underground . He was professional, courteous and thorough ,and explained every step of the process. He even spoke to the water company to explain the issue.
The only reason the leak couldn’t be repaired is because it is coming from a pipe on a public highway but the fact Robert has actually found the leak is very reassuring.

Very impressed with the service from ADI Leak Detection - I booked them to investigate a significant leak from my swimming pool. Danny and James from ADI Leak Detection arrived on time and quickly identified a number of potential leak locations using acoustics, pressure and dye detection. They then cracked on digging up and replacing pipes, before retesting the system. They kept me advised on what they were doing and were realistic about the outcomes at all times. Two weeks later, my leak is gone - it's not cheap, but it's money well spent.

Arrived within 24 hours of call. James was extremely professional and empathetic, finding the leak in the concrete floor within 2 hours. He was able to drill down and repair the pipe and then reset the heating system within the next 2 hours.
It is expensive but the alternatives could prove to be a lot more costly.

Kyle was world class and really was a true gentleman. Arrived at the property, got down to work, found the leak and repaired the leak on the same day. Was polite, friendly and will come back asking for kyle if we have a leak again in our property. Thank you ADI

Artur was on time and very thorough. We had a very small leak which are the most difficult to detect. Persistence paid off and, after some digging, the leaking connection was found. Couldn't recommend ADI Leak Detection more highly and Artur was an absolute joy to have on site. Outstanding all round.

Great comms over the phone when initially made contact, James and Gabor turned up on time and in very difficult circumstances due to the heat of the day and the distance of the pipe work involved did a great job locating leak. Thanks guys!

Paul was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time despite travelling from Manchester to Nottingham, he explained the process and talked me through everything he was going to do.

He found the leak within an hour and began excavating. My pipe was buried very deep and he really struggled to get access but he persevered all day in the sun until he fixed it, I think a lot of people would have given up in the same situation.

When we phoned ADI the person we spoke to was helpful not pushy explained there procedure and sent a full quote.
He gave us a feeling of confidence that we chose the right company. The engineer Mark Pavitte was exerlent very knowledgeable.

we had a damp carpet and floor in the lounge in march had ADI out and they said there was no leak and it was a damp problem. Had a damp proofing company out that where not convinced it wasn't a leak but proceded to fir a damp course up the walls and the floor. even after this floor still wet , Had another company out and they detected the leak in 30mins split heating pipe under the floor. With ADI failing to detect the leak it has cost us thousands of pounds in damp proofing which we did'nt need.

Hamaad kept us informed of everything he did and showed us the issues. He also uncovered unrelated issues which we are in the process of getting fixed. Thank you Hamaad.
