Very Unprofessional service
Very Unprofessional service. I sent Ivan in roskilde an email requesting a price on tinted windows for my car. he response with a fair price and asked me to call him to book a time. I called him and booked a time and he even gave me a better price than originally quoted. On the day of the appointment I showed up with my car. The shop was locked and so I called him and he said he was sick and couldn't do it. He said he did not have my contact info to reschedule and therefore hadn't called me or emailed me. even if this was true its extremely unprofessional considering he should have saved my info when emailing and booking the appointment over the phone. very disappointment as I had booked time free from my own schedule a week in advance for this. I do not recommend this company!
