My adjustable bed was indispensible to me as I have a bad back, and other comobities. The lifting mechanism broke and I contacted Julian, who came out promptly. He arranged for new 'innards' for the bed including slats and motor. All completed OK and cant praise Julian enough for helping me out and saving the cost of having to buy a new bed.

Julian came to us within a day or two of our contacting him. He travelled a long way to see us and we're very pleased with the outcome, Bed is working perfectly and he was very efficient and friendly. we thoroughly enjoyed his company. Highly recommend him to anyone.

First met Julian when my dads bed broke he came out with in a hour then came back with in 2 with parts then had to call again as dads chair broke again Julian was there to help

I spoke to Julian on the telephone - I had a problem with an adjustable bed which had eluded correction for many years. Julian solved it in seconds and was the most helpful person I have spoken to on the subject. I mad quite a number of other calls, all of which would only deal withy the specific manufacturers the had accounts with. I am very grateful to Julian for his caring and professional approach to dealing with client problems.

What a really nice gentleman came to my home and helped me with my Aqualift bathlift. He changed the batteries in my battery pack for me and it worked as if it was new. I would recommend him and his company.
