Christine from the first second makes you feel welcome. I was new to massage's and wasn't sure what to expect. From the first second I felt at ease and would recommend to everyone & anyone. Initially I tried a sport massage which helped me recover no end from running excessively. But I also tried a relaxed massage which was extremely soothing. If you are new too massages I couldn't recommend more!

It was the first time I had ever had a massage and was a bit apprehensive. My therapist was Sophie, who was lovely, warm and friendly. Sophie listened to my concerns and was able to tell straight away what was happening with my neck, shoulders and back. She told me exactly what was going to happen throughout the whole process. I feel so much relief after just having the one treatment. I have booked for another in July. I cannot recommend Sophie highly enough. Her treatment helped me so much with the pain I experience in my neck causing terrible migraines. Sophie also gave a couple of exercises to try until the next appointment. Really impressed and will definitely recommend Adjust to family and friends. Thanks so much Sophie.x
