Vehicle picked up on time, delivered a day earlier than expected.

Barbara was amazing! She took the time to explain how the whole Transport process works. Everything about it was so different than how I thought it worked and of all the companies I had talked to she was the only one that took the time to truly explain how everything works. She did all she could to be able to get us the cheapest transport possible and kept in contact every step of the way. Something that can sometimes take weeks she managed to get taken care of in just a few days. I highly recommend this company. They are very honest and hard-working.

This is the third time I’ve shipped a car, but the first time with ADKOS. In earlier years, when I shipped the previous vehicles, it was to/from major metro areas. So it was easy to get trucks to pick up the cars at a relatively affordable per-mile cost no matter which broker I worked with.

But the car I needed to ship this year had to be picked up in a very rural area of the New Mexico desert. If I hadn’t switched vehicle shipping brokers from the one I hired originally to Carville at ADKOS, my car would still be sitting in the desert.

Prior to hiring ADKOS, I’d contracted with the shipping broker I’d used before when I was shipping a car between major metro areas. On April 17th, she told me it could take 10 days to 2 weeks to find a truck willing to drive out to that rural patch of New Mexico desert. She tried for 3 weeks, still couldn’t arrange a pick-up, and finally emailed me on May 6th to say “it could take 1-2 months to move this car.” I emailed her that if she couldn’t get it on a truck by the end of the week, I’d have to make other arrangements. She couldn’t. So, on May 9th, I canceled my contract with her. And on May 12th, I signed a new contract with ADKOS.

My original broker wasn’t happy about my canceling with her—to say the least. She insisted that ADKOS/Carville couldn’t do anything she couldn’t do.

Well, it turns out that there are tricks Carville knew about getting a car picked up from the middle of the Wild Western nowhere that she didn’t. He had it on a truck within 3 days.

The trucking company that ADKOS found for me turned out to be good at communication and was easy to reach, which was important, since the actual driver didn’t speak English. (It’s important for everyone to understand that the people who find a truck for you are brokers, and not affiliated with the people who actually pick up and transport your vehicle. All brokers have access to and will arrange for your vehicle to be picked up by one of the same thousands of vehicle shipping trucks that operate around the country.)

I was especially pleased that ADKOS is a veteran-owned and operated company. The car I was shipping from the middle of nowhere had belonged to my brother, an army veteran, who passed away in January. Carville’s manner of speaking reminded me a little of my brother’s. It made me feel that I was in good hands. It turned out, I was right.

Carville at Adkos did everything he could to make sure my vehicle was picked up and dropped off from central Louisiana to northern Nevada! I have to say that I was very skeptical by reading all the reviews of the MANY text offers from other companies. The driver picked up my Jeep on Monday and was dropped off in Nevada on Friday morning, the driver walked around the jeep with me, shook my hand and we were good to go. It was seamless and amazing. I will definitely use Adkos again.

Barb was excellent - great communication throughout the entire process, answered every question I threw out (I asked many), and was extremely patient with me. Vehicle arrived in mint condition.

I had a very bad experience the last time I had a car transported by a different company so I was apprehensive when I initially spoke with Barbara Vega. However, with in a few minutes of speaking with Barbara, I felt very comfortable with using ADKOS to transport my car. Barbara was understanding of my bad experience and she quickly put me at ease and reassure me that she would be with me "every step of the way," ad she delivered on her promise. The price was very competitive and very reasonable. She stayed in direct communication with me and promptly responded to my many questions. She made sure I was kept informed at all times. The driver she selected to transport my car was a true gentleman and professional in every respect. He delivered my car without incident. I was so impressed with the service provided by Barbara that I immediately recommend ADKOS and Barbara to a friend who promptly signed an agreement to transport her car as well! Barbara restored my confidence in transporting my car and I would highly recommend using ADKOS and Barbara to everyone!

Excellent and fast communication. Barbara is a star. Clear guidance. They got my car to Arizona really quickly using a transfer company that they had vetted. I am prior service. Would use this veterans owned company again in a heartbeat.
