I honestly do not believe that the 5-star reviews here come from real clients. This broker geting worse and worse every year.
Anyone with basic trading experience, andhas little mind would not trade under these conditions.
The only consistent activity I experienced from customer support was persistent pressure to make deposits — nothing else. Once money is in, the tone and priorities change completely.
To me, this looks like yet another Cyprus-origin structure hiding behind “regulation” while systematically draining clients’ funds. The regulatory narrative is used as a shield, not as real protection for traders.
My advice is simple: keep your money in your own pocket.

I'm writing a review following an email communication I had in recent days with a customer support team from Admirals.
I'm happy to say that the support has been immaculate. Once I've sent my inquiry to their team, I've been contacted on my local language by a guy named Marko and I didn't expect that level of professionalism.
We sorted all out and I'm really satisfied and happy to continue trading with Admirals.

My path also crossed with this company.
However, while researching them, I noticed that there are many serious alegations circulating in trader groups and forums, some of them supported by what users claim to be evidence. Becouse of this, I decided to do my own research.
What I found is concerning. It appears that Admiral has been reporting significant loses over the last 3 years and has been losing clients at a fast pace in recent years. This makes the large number of overly posittive reviews look like a clear contradiction.
Over the last years, the company has closed or sold several well-regulated branchs and has increasingly redirected clients to the offshore entity, Admiral SC, where most of the activity now seems to take place.
In multiple forums, some users claim that funds in their accounts were erased, and they share screnshots and transaction records to support their statements. There are also discussions suggesting that Admiral SC may exist mostly on paper, with no real operational staf, though I cannot independently verify this.
Based on the amount of complaints and discussions, it would not surprise me if serious legal actions are brought against this company in the near future. One can’t help but ask: are trading loses being covered with client funds?
When you look at the overnight swaps and trading conditions, the situation already raises red flags.
My personal advice is to stay especially far away from Admiral SC.
If a broker is willing to play such games, I would personally stay away from the entire group.
This is not investment advice :), just my personal opinion — but honestly, there is a very bad smell coming from this company.

High costs and swap rates can sometimes be tolerated — but trust is everything.
Unfortunetely, I do not feel confident that my money would be safe with this broker.
For me, once trust is gone, nothing else maters.
I’m sorry, but my rating for admiral is zero. You have to rsspect your clientts, nobody iş fool

I am very happy with Admirals, the level of service received from my account manager is excellent. Also, congratulations to Felipe Sepulveda, for his dedication every day talking to customers via Webinars, teaching us about trading and reviewing the market. I am very proud to be an investor and tarder at Admirals.

This is really the worst broker I have ever seen. I opened a demo account and puuff. Why you take that huge swaps and spread on earth. I really wonder Who will trade trade on those conditions. They even take fees for withdrawals. For a 20K withdraw via crypro they take 1000 USD fee , omg ! why ? it cost you 20 cent to send the money. It is obvious that they do not want you to withdraw money. I have really good experience about this kind of brokers eventually they will find away to take your money. be smart guys .

My experience with this broker has been deeply concerning.
From the beginning, I was subjected to constant and excessive requests regarding the source of funds, to a level that felt like harassment rather than legitimate compliance. For a USD 10,000 deposit, they demanded an extraordinary amount of documentation, including:
Salary slips
Business/trading income records
Property deeds and asset ownership documents
Vehicle purchase and sale documents
Balances and statements from all banks, electronic money institutions, and even crypto wallets
I initially provided some of these documents, after which the requests stopped. Later, I withdrew my funds, and when I re-deposited the same money, they again demanded source-of-funds documentation for the exact same amount.
They claim this is required under AML regulations. However, I have worked for many years as a compliance officer, and I can say with confidence that these demands go far beyond standard AML requirements and are not aligned with risk-based compliance practices.
For context, I currently trade with seven of the largest and most heavily regulated brokers globally, and none of them have ever requested anything remotely like this.
When I asked why the same funds were being questioned repeatedly, instead of receiving a clear explanation, my trading activity was restricted and my account was eventually closed. I am now waiting to see whether I will be able to fully recover my funds.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this broker. I strongly advise other traders to be cautious. Based on what I have seen, I would not be surprised if, in the near future, this page fills with similar complaints from traders struggling to access their own money.
Everyone should do their own due diligence and read real user experiences carefully (not just overly polished positive reviews).
Wishing everyone safe trading.

❌ Negative Experience with Admiral Markets
I traded very actively with Admiral Markets for approximately 8 months. At the same time, I was also trading with three other brokers — IC Markets, Pepperstone, and Eightcap.
Every month, I systematically kept detailed statistics of profits and fees for each broker. At the end of 2025, I objectively compared these results, and the conclusion was very clear to me.
➡️ Admiral Markets generated at least €1,500 less profit every single month compared to the other three brokers.
➡️ Over an 8-month period, this represented a significant and undeniable difference.
For comparison:
The differences between IC Markets, Pepperstone, and Eightcap ranged approximately between €150–300 per month, which I consider normal and acceptable, given technical execution differences.
⚠️ It is important to emphasize that:
I traded the same automated strategy with all brokers,
at the same time,
on the same markets,
without any changes to the system logic.
Despite this, daily profits at Admiral Markets were consistently lower by tens of euros compared to the other three brokers. By the end of each month, this always resulted in at least €1,500 less profit.
Based on these long-term, repeatedly confirmed results, I decided to stop trading with Admiral Markets.
📞 As an additional negative point, I must mention the communication after requesting a withdrawal — the broker repeatedly called me, even several times in a row, if I did not answer the phone. This behavior felt unprofessional and intrusive.
❗ Conclusion
Based on real data, long-term comparison, and my personal experience, I do not recommend trading with Admiral Markets, especially for active and automated traders who closely monitor performance and execution quality.
UPDATE
Thank you for your response; however, I do not agree with your statement.
Throughout my trading activity, I systematically and consistently kept detailed statistics covering profitability, costs, execution behavior, and account load (margin usage and overall strategy efficiency). Based on these real, repeatedly confirmed data, the results with Admiral Markets were consistently worse than with the other three brokers with whom I traded simultaneously, on the same markets, and using an identical automated strategy.
These differences were neither random nor isolated. Every month, significantly lower performance was repeated, with the difference compared to the other brokers amounting to at least €1,500 per month. In contrast, the differences between IC Markets, Pepperstone, and Eightcap ranged only between €150 and €300, which I consider normal and acceptable within the industry.
Regarding withdrawals:
my account was fully verified,
withdrawals were completed multiple times without any issues,
no additional documentation or assistance was required.
Despite this, your representatives contacted me repeatedly by phone—up to seven times in succession—until the call was automatically disconnected. I consider such behavior inappropriate and unprofessional, especially when no assistance was requested and the process was proceeding without complications.
My decision to stop trading with Admiral Markets was therefore not impulsive, but the result of a long-term, data-driven comparison. My intention is not to create a dispute, but to share a real experience that may be particularly relevant for active and automated traders who closely monitor and evaluate performance.
I consider this matter closed.

It has a certain amount of localization which was actually their competitive advantage. In other stuff I didn’t come across something extraordinary, a usual investing service, like anywhere else with the same service.
One thing I noted and found not much convenient, is verification process. Appeared to me, like I want to get some access to the restricted territory
