Poor communication and inconsistent…

Poor communication and inconsistent handling of a cash match promotion led to confusion during my visit.
I was asked to leave the venue without a clear explanation after the situation escalated.
The issue was only resolved after submitting a formal complaint.
Overall, the experience highlights a lack of clarity and consistency in customer service at venue level.

The service throughout was smooth and efficient, and the gaming experience was excellent with a good range of machines and facilities available. Everything felt well-organized, and the team clearly cared about making sure customers had a positive experience.

The burleigh street admiral staff are…

The burleigh street admiral staff are useless. They want us to leave the store by 1:30 or 1:40 AM. They don’t care about customers. The night staff are useless. They are just forcing me to leave by 1:30 even the shop closes at 2AM. Very disappointed

Great Venue

Great Venue , in Ealing Clean friendly staff and complimentary drinks , with great games . i would love them as in Vegas wheel of fortune then perfect .

My amazing experience

Staff member kyle greeted me as soon as I walked through the door made me feel so welcome offered me a fresh bottle of freezing cold water showed me to my machine asked me if I had a stamp card I didn't know what that was kyle explained wasnt necessary but spoke to his manager who gave me a price match voucher thing and also made me feel welcome .. played my machine won the jackpot and was also offered biscuits and cake and overall just a really great experience wull definitely be back because it felt amazing
