DO NOT TRANSACT WITH THIS WEBSITE! I was hoping to apply for a Mandarin course at the Shenzhen University and tried to do so at the official university domain. For some reason the university site kept redirecting the application to this company and prompted me to pay 200CNY to them to handle the application. I did so thinking how can Shenzhen University scam me! (I may have applied at a fake site set up by this company?)
So I paid and followed the instructions to add the company's wechat account. After they passed me around to a few different people they said sorry we can't help you, call this number (which, after calling it on Skype, it was the university phone number and I had to make 4-5 more calls before getting to the right place).
When I contacted the company for a refund they said "No refund. Our VIP is a consultancy fee." What a joke. Lucky it was only US$25, but it isn't about the value, its about the principle!
