AVOID! Don't get in their TRAP. Do not pay attention to the low prices they put on the rental flat ads on the internet! They will take your Kaution (3 Months rent deposit) and never give you that money back. When you will move to another flat they will still charge you even if you dont live there and they have terminally inspected the flat long ago! Heartless and greedy. Just read their contract and you will understand you are f..cked! WORST EXPERIENCE as A LODGER EVER.
