Adobe software is still one of the best…

Adobe software is still one of the best in the industry, nd applications like Photoshop and Premiere Pro remain powerful and reliable for professional work.

The biggest downside is the pricing. The subscription costs feels high, especially when there are now several capable alternatives available. I also wish Adobe offered more flexible plans instead of pushing long term subscriptions. The pricing model really keeps this from being a higher rating for me.

Impossible to cancel

Impossible to cancel. I had to cancel my bankcard and receive a new one in order for these scammers not to continually charge my card. Beware.

After I did that, cancelled my card, they sent me an email for fraud!!!! Can you believe it.

Overcharged for "Eligible upgrade"


Today I called the helpline to resolve an issue of different email addresses
During the process I was asked to cancel the old subscription (238 GBP) because I was eligible for an upgrade from Pro to Studio at a cost of 260 GBP. I accepted this but was shocked to see that on Paypal I was actually charged 313 GBP
Please can you refund the 53 GBP difference

HELP!

OMG I came here to complain and I just found thousands of reviews about Adobe still charging for subscriptions after the 7-day free trial ends, even when people cancel before the end of the trial! It's just happened to me and feeling frustrated and scammed! I sent an email to request a refund and got an auto-response from Adobe saying recipient's mailbox is already full and accept messages. WTF?! Keen to know if anybody has had any success with their cancelation and refund issues??? Please share!!

NEVER PAY FOR ADOBE IT IS A SCAM

Not worth paying for it. Just use some online service or edit on „pages“ if you use mac. Then just save the document as pdf and u will never need to deal with this bullcrap and lose money!!!!!
Worst application i have ever used. I downloaded and paid for two versions and was still unable to edit my document.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND using their stupid ass services never ever!

worst subscription policy I have ever…

worst subscription policy I have ever witnessed. I have seen a lot of shady things, but forcing you to be charged for a year when you cancel is absolutely outrageous. This is the biggest money grab scam I have ever seen. I am shocked that such an established company is running things like this. Never again will I support an adobe product. It was NOT clear that this would happen when I was signing up.

Only cancel half the charges....

I signed up for a subscription and then cancelled it, not knowing they had signed me up for TWO separate subscriptions, and only cancelled one. Plus, even with both subscriptions, the software didn't function as needed to edit pdfs. Worst online experience of the year

They raised their prices again.

They raised their prices again without making any effort to improve their product. Rather than do anything to change or make their apps run any better, they raised the prices up by around 11 dollars a month. Why? Cause the economy maybe. Photoshop is filled with AI crap. Adobe keeps shoving the AI rotating thing into my face. The only thing AI has been good for with adobe is Photoshop's remote background tool. And even that's not worth 76 USD a month. And what's worse is this is the STANDARD in my field. I can't not pay for it. I'm struggling to get by as it is, and adobe is making me spend an extra $120 a month just so I can continue to do the exact same thing on their underperforming app that crashes whenever I try to change paragraph styles.

Thieves

Theese conartists stole money from my bank account. First i started a free trial, the app did not work at all and I cancelled the same day. They still took money from my bank account for a monthly subscription. don't touch them with a 40 foot pole. Gangsters. i am trying to get it back but there is no contact.

Shameless company, I will dance on your grave in this ai age. Early cancellation fee of 300 euro? You run a company like running a government. I have never hate any brand like I hate Adobe.

BEWARE. ADOBE SIGN PEOPLE UP FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE

One star to one too many stars for this company. Adobe signed me up to a subscription without my knowledge and stole €24.94 from my bank account. I was lucky I spotted the transaction as Adobe could have continued to take money from my account every month for years. I clicked on a link when I was filling out a form for an employee on my laptop and my document editor was unresponsive, when I clicked on document editor, all of a sudden I was routed to Adobe .., so I recognised that it was dodgy and clicked straight back out of it. The next day I was looking through my online banking and saw that there was a payment pending of €24.94 in favour of Adobe. I phoned my bank to have it reversed .. an hour waiting to speak to someone only to be told that I’d have to wait for the payment to complete to start a transaction dispute process. Another, hour this morning filling out the form and phoning the bank to get Adobe blocked. My bank told me that they have many such disputes relating to Adobe and their security unit is investigating the practices being used by Adobe too hoodwink unsuspecting people into subscriptions. I did not receive a receipt or invoice from Adobe and I do not have their program running on any of my devices. Such an amount of time wasted - all to stop Adobe stealing from me again.
