While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I was contacted by Adomatiq in April with the claim that they were “probably the best agency in Northern Europe,” boasting an average ROAS of 15.5 for their clients. After an audit of my Meta ad account, they suggested they could make immediate improvements and predicted a ROAS increase of 30% within the first month. Based on that, I decided to give them a try.
Before working with Adomatiq, I was achieving around 3.5 ROAS with my own campaigns. To accommodate their strategy, I significantly reduced or paused my own ads. While results in the first couple of weeks were somewhat promising—3.23 and 1.40 ROAS—performance declined sharply. By the end of the first month, both campaigns had dropped to around 1.2 ROAS. In July, things worsened to 1.04 and 0.83 ROAS.
Over 2.5 months, I paid them around $1,900 in fees—and when you factor in the lost sales from shifting budget away from my more profitable campaigns, the actual return on investment was significantly negative.
An agency claiming an average ROAS of 15.5 and positioning itself as one of the best in Europe, should not cause a 3x drop in the results achieved by a self-taught amateur like myself. Beware…

We had great communication with the team from start to finish . Our project manager Abi was very insightful, professional and helped us towards our goals.
Weekly reports helped with keeping updated on our brand and she was always at the end of the line for questions and expertise.
Nothing was too much trouble Many Thanks from My Elixir
