Selling fifa world cup stickers. They sent a pack of real Madrid cards. Then said I can keep this crap as a sorry but can't refund or replace any orders

Fraudulent. Scam. Thieving. Dishonest. Need to be sued, fined and stopped from trading.

Thinking, based on what I saw on their website, I ordered 'Merrell Moab 2 vent hiking shoe'. What I received was a CHEAP substitute (DQ not Merrell) that I might have paid $5 for at Wallmart. Oh! the deception - even the 'after sale service' promises, LIES. Some people use a gun when they rob you. I would have given Adorby a negative 5 if I could have.

If there was a negative star I would grade this company a negative 1million. Please do not buy from this company if you can call it that. I got swindled for the watch earbuds and received broken dime store plastic watch with stick imitation earbuds. I've reached out more than 5 times and my last offer was $16 when I lost $45 dollars.

This place is a total scam. They advertise that they are selling Merrell Moab 2 hiking shoes but what they sent was very cheap knock-off shoes branded DQ. I tried to return them but they would not give me a return address. Instead they offered me $7 to keep them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Horrible product and customer service.

The “comfy throw” I ordered came about the size of a placemat. I’ve gone back and forth over email and they want to give me $4. Ridiculous. Wish I could include a photo 😡

Total scam and ripoff. Advertise name brand shoes at discount and send cheap knock off with a cost of 40.00+ to return to china. STAY AWAY

Wish I would have seen these reviews before making a purchase. Total garbage and they offers a $2 refund on a $50 purchase. What an insult. I filed a dispute with PayPal and will submit a dispute with my credit card if needed.

I cannot stress enough what a rip off these people are . Their product is so bad i would hesitate to throw it away as it would insult the rest of my garbage. Nothing that they advertise is anywhere near what they deliver. When i complained they offered first 2.oo then 4.00 finally 6.00 to keep me happy. Run away. run as fast as you can. I have an official compliant into Paypal asking for my money back. The Chinese government should throw all of these people in jail!! They have a one start because there is no option to go into negative stars

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 5 NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL FRAUD. THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL ARE GARBAGE KNOCK-OFF AND COUNTERFEIT GOODS. THE COMPANY BAITS YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU ARE BUYING QUALITY NAME-BRAND PRODUCTS. WHAT THEY SELL IS JUNK. AND FORGET ABOUT THEIR RETURNS POLICY. Product arrived and looks nothing like the photos.
They sent me an incorrect item and I have had over 25 emails trying to get shipping info on new item or refund. This is by far the WORST experience I have had with a company, still not resolved, disputing with paypal. Total Scam

Same as the other reviews concerning their advertising Merrell shoes, then sending cheap knock-offs. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company and Paypal, and sent a message to Shopify (the company that set up adoreby's on-line presence), so they will know what this company is about.

Scam! Ordered Merrell Moab 2 shoes, when they arrived, they were an awful cheap knock off. They show Vibram soles in their pics, but shipped shoes with cheap plastic soles. Forget about returning them, shipping back to China is $27.00, and I doubt I'd ever see a refund. Stay AWAY!!!!

They are scamsters. I ordered a pair of knock off beats headphones for $20 and a pair of Merrell Moab 2 hiking boots.

The headphones responded only in Chinese. Makes it impossible to know whether they say "connected" or not, "power off" or not etc. I contacted them and asked for RMA to return but they instead offered me $3 and then stopped responding.

The hiking boots have still not arrived a month later and yet the tracking info only tracked the headphones which show as delivered.

Luckily I used my credit card to fund PayPal and will be reversing the charges. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding Adoreby as they have ZERO follow through and simply try and avoid answering your concerns despite promising 24/7/365 availability

UPDATE:
The boots arrived. They are SUPER low quality counterfeits and unusable. I live in CA and the local hikes are rocky. I have had several pairs of Merrill boots and been very happy with them. By comparison these boots weight less than 1/2 as much portending little internal structure. The soles are NOT Vibram as claimed but some soft, spongy low quality foam which is way too flexible and weak to use on my local hikes.
Worst, despite their 100% "no hassle" satisfaction guarantee, repeated emails have led to them offering me only a $7 refund (on a $68 purchase) and suggesting I "sell them to someone else".
They claim to be in Compton, CA but they are not. Shipping from Compton takes 2-3 days. These boots took 6 weeks to arrive and they refuse to give me an address or RMA to return them.
This is a fraudulent company - AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Hopefully PayPal or my VISA company can reverse the charges. It's not like $70 will kill me but I cannot stand them profiting off such dishonest conduct.

This company is unethical. They advertised Merrill’s Moab 2 hiking shoes. When I ordered it took forever to get the product. When I finally received it, instead of Merrell Moab 2's, I got some cheap knock off shoes that say DQ on it.

Ordered DOT approved Predator helmets (3x 28). We waited and finally received a package, not a box with a helmet, shield, etc. This was a package with 3 masks that looked nothing like what the helmets did. When I emailed (there is no phone number) I was offered $7 US dollars as compensation. We will NEVER order from here again. I think this is fraudulent as what we received is nothing like what we ordered. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Very bad business practices. Took for ever to finally get my nock off Chinese plastic shoes, that is seriously cheap and Not worth your money. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE. I am planning on chrge back and teach them a lesson.
