I used to hate to wear lingerie, but now…
The selection is great and always being added to. The fit is consistent throughout different pieces and styles. I used to hate wearing lingerie, but no more!!
Do NOT order from Adore Me
Do NOT order from Adore Me! I made a single purchase in August 2024. Since then, Adore Me has taken it upon themselves to sign me up for a VIP membership THREE TIMES and charging my account over $239. You cannot contact them via phone as they will not answer. I've emailed them on three occasions to stop charging my account and to delete my account information. Either a predatory type company or completely terrible at their jobs.
Bad service and customer service
Never got my delivery and they blamed me for it. Refund was slow
Lingerie for real women's bodies
Adore me makes lingerie for real bodies. Everything I order from them is flattering and makes me feel beautiful. Shipping is fast and they have lots of sales for regular customers.
Really cute but not best quality
I really liked the design of my set but it didn’t feel like the best quality for how much I paid. I would also recommend sizing up because I did and the top still barely fit
Disappointed
I have asked every month for a particular item/set in my box and for 4 months in a row have not received. If this is not in Feb Box, I will cancel.

Push up bra and matching panties
I started buying bras, panties etc and i am thorougly impressed with the quality. I had a lot of companies to compare to and Adore Me stood above all of them. I liked the variety also. The signature gole tag was an added touch. Everything has been true to size.
Bra Designs are Off and Returns are Charged
All of the clothes look amazing and are good quality, but the bras are designed weirdly. Most of the balconettes don’t fit like balconettes, it seems as if the pictures are photoshopped to make it look like the bras fit a certain way.
Also while Adore Me offers large sizes, the plus size bras aren’t designed in a way to actually be supportive of large breasts, so while I appreciate the sentiment of having the same exact designs for regular and plus sizes, the designs can’t be identical since different sizes women have different needs. There’s a way of engineering the bras in a way that they still look as good as the regular sizes, but they are more supportive, such as wider straps and more reinforcements when the straps meet the pads.
I can’t send back returns since they charge $5.95 per item so I would lose money sending back items that don’t fit well, but since this store is 100% online, there’s no way of making sure whether something will fit me properly ahead of time, especially since the bra designs are off.
If the restocking fees go away and the bras are better designed, I’ll ship again, but at this point I’m done with Adore Me, too disappointing.

Average underwear - not impressed
Average underwear, sizing is variable - I went according to size and the underwear are almost all too big (3/5 pairs), one pair (celestial thong) ripped when I tried to break the tag apart / off. Sure I should have cut it off, but also I didn't pull THAT hard, the tag comes apart with a strong pull. So I'm just personally not impressed with my experience overall. If there hadn't been a sale I wouldn't have purchased - and now I know I wouldn't enjoy paying full price for these underwear.
Update 2/6/25: the autogenerated response from AdoreMe doesn't even accurately fit the prompt it's responding to, (what "policy" are they randomly bringing up, and what does it have to do with my opinion on the quality of the products?) meaning it's either a bot, AI, or someone that doesn't speak English predominantly. My guess is either of the first two options, but we can hope it's a simple error from the 3rd. Customer service has become a buzzword for jokes at this point.

Every month that I've ordered
Every month that I've ordered, I get the estimated delivery window of around a week. And every order over the last six months there ends up being an update that shipping is taking longer than a week. The company wants a forced monthly shop by the 5th but doesn't follow up on it's actual delivery promise.
This time I ordered in late January, before the monthly "shop your edit" and not only does my "shop your Valentine's edit" not count for February credit, but it's STILL late in shipping. At least this time customer service sent a third polite update that it's still not shipped seven days after ordering with a "$15 off your next order" coupon for the inconvenience. I'd rather Adore Me fix their shipping department inefficiency and give me a free set vs. what amounts to about a third of the cost of one.
