I agree 100% with other reviews. Adpol is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They take your deposit and then lie about everything. If you deal with them you will have a nightmare you'll never forget.
Adpol? - dont go near them. Totally unpleasant company. The worst.
Avoid - It will cost you financially and mentally.
Be warned, do not buy anything from here - They are crooks.
We bought 2 Sash Windows last summer, they are both very poorly made and not fit for purpose: They don't close properly, the wind howls through and they clearly pose a danger. We have blocked them because we are afraid for our children falling out.
We've contacted the company in August and asked for properly made windows or a refund and they are either not responding or just replying nonsense. They also do not pick up the phone - you usually just get a polish voicemail..
Outrageous, just stay away..
