I have today received yet another letter to say they are coming in on the 16th , OK so I know that they have a right to come in, but how many times do I have to tell them of my plans yet they tell me their plans.
Why do they do this to the elderly, I just cannot explain how I feel about their plan, but Adra listen to me, my plan i am tidy, comply, but why won't they comply with me.

The web site is very misleading. You think you’re buying a set of three as shown in the photo that you click on, but they only send one of the three. The order definitely says ‘tins’ - plural, more than one.
They say on their page that you can return items but when you try, Anest tells you that you should have read all the bits more carefully and won’t let you return it. I’ve since read that Adra don’t manufacture their own items, they just print them. The printing is off centre on the tin sent to me which is probably why they won’t have it back.
Avoid buying off them online.
