I've been using AdRevival for a while now and I'm really happy with the service. Their support team is quick to respond whenever I open a ticket, and they actually solve the problem instead of giving generic answers. EDIT*: This issue has now been FIXED. Dan and the team issued me with 2 new ad accounts under both BMs and gracefully offered me 90 days sub. Performance on the new AA returned back to original perf with same creatives. thanks for getting this sorted out!

I have been a client and on the $800/m plan. Adrevival was good at the start however when things went wrong with our ad account, we were pretty much left in the dark.

our primary AA was banned for ID verification with a 0% ad rejection rate (thats right 0 ads lifetime rejected), cool it might not be adrevivals fault im not blaming them for this.

however after getting banned on 23rd april i messaged the owner Dan on X telling him what happened. Replied back once or twice then didnt hear back.

Got a reply later in the week telling me to ad his telegram which I did and he replied very vaguely on it.

From the 27 of april until the 3rd june I did not hear back and i constantly kept on messaging him about the ad account issue.

Finally got a reply and he said lets talk on whatsapp (gave him my number and didnt hear back) and on top of that he said he will give me a free month and look into this issue after apologising again.

Yet here we are no reply no updates nothing. Was told this will be looked into but it wasnt. Was lied to, etc etc

I was extremely patient and VERY reluctant to write this review and I held back from writing this, and have been patient for more than a month however it gets to a limit where someone messes you around, promising you xyz.

If adrevival couldnt help me, I would have appreciated a quick 3 second message from the owner saying that he cant help me out instead of messing me around for more than a month. as a businessman I can understand we all are busy, but out of a 13 hour work day, all i expected was this to be looked into as I am a client of your business

The reason why I wanted the old AA back is because the performance has been terrible since week 1 of getting the new AA.

Same creatives and everything. Same creatives were tested on a personal account and they performed well.

Overall a poor cust exp, I tried to do the right thing with the founder by letting them know, was patient for oever a month but was borderline ignored. unless ur on the $2500/m plan, dont expect to be helped out when ur ad account gets banned or something
