ADR Garage Doors has been a source of immense frustration and disappointment for me. The entire experience has left me with a bitter taste and I regret ever choosing them for my garage door installation.

I placed an order for a garage door on May 4th and promptly paid the deposit. A technician came out to reconfirm measurements on May 9th and I was assured that all was in order and that my garage door would be ready for installation in 2-3 weeks. This timeline suited my construction schedule perfectly, and everything seemed to be proceeding as planned.

However, this was the calm before the storm. What followed was a complete breakdown in communication from ADR. As the 3rd week turned into the 4th, with no word from them, I was compelled to contact them to inquire about the status of my garage door.

Imagine my surprise and frustration when I was informed that they couldn't procure the necessary low headroom kit for my door and would have to refund my deposit. This was in stark contrast to the initial confirmation and assurance I received when placing the order.

I am especially exasperated because if I had been informed earlier of the issue, I could have easily adjusted the headroom during construction to accommodate the door. Instead, they waited until I took the initiative to call, only to tell me that I'm essentially out of luck.

Now, I am left in a difficult situation, having lost both time and money. I have to find another supplier and wait another month to get a new door, which has inevitably stalled my construction project.

ADR Garage Doors' lack of communication, transparency, and respect for their customers' time is wholly unprofessional. I am disheartened by their service and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere. I believe that no one should have to endure the ordeal I have been through.
