Very friendly and feels like an old company with fantastic customer service

Phoned for a quote for my classic car. Always been a good company. They are now a great company. Staff can’t do enough to help. The prices are super competitive and everything is explained to you. I was with them years ago and can’t see me going anywhere else now.

What a horrible company lure you with a reasonable quote on the comparison sites and try to get you to pay more further down the line. Having a brain development disability and was accused of being ‘untruthful’ on the quote. Certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for any kind of insurance. Steer well clear——

My insurance is due to renew got a quote on which was cheaper on confused. Com so i phoned adrian flux my insurer who I have been with for over 20 years and told them and they give me a quote that I was over the moon with Mason who dealt with me was brilliant service 💯polite and pleasant thankyou.😀

I’ve used Adrian flux for year to insure my classic car insured my Cosworth for 12 mounts canceled after 2 mounts so 10 mounts left and they said there was no refund to come back I think that’s unfair so all I can say is never pay for your insurance in full just do it over the year I will not be using Adrian flux again

Having recommended this company to my daughter for her FIRST time insurance policy - due to them advertising in specialising in first time drivers I absolutely regret my recommendation.
As a company who pride themselves on helping young drivers they absolutely do not help them. Any company dealing with young people will understand that this is most likely their first time having a financial commitment, yet offer to appeals processes, nor grace periods for if they miss something on the onboarding process.
My daughter has had this policy for almost her first year,. She recently changed her vehicle and stayed with them, however she then had to onboard her black box onto her new vehicle, Adrian flux failed to send out the new black box within the original time period,. And we’re going to cancel her policy. When realising she hadn’t received it, they sent it out and then extended the onboarding process due to their fault. However when my daughter then fitted it by the deadline, but had missed the 3 mile drive as the last part of the onboarding process, they cancelled immediately without any grace period or extension. However they cancelled give themselves a grace period when they make a mistake,. But not a young driver. So now this first time driver now has a cancelled policy within their first year of driving making it even harder to get a new insurance policy even though it is already hard.

Worst company to insure with that I’ve ever come across in my 14yrs of driving and wish I had never recommended them.

Scammers. Do not use. Poor customer service. Double your Insurance for no reason, took substantial amount of money out of my account that wasn’t authorised Do not trust them. Moneys coming back from the bank which says it all about how they operate, a massive inconvenience. Never experienced anything like it.
