Free user data is hosted on servers…

Free user data is hosted on servers with no redundant storage, which is a big shame. If the respective drive goes bad, which is always a question of time, you are up for loosing all your data forever. Congratulations! Thank you!

The redundant storage is reserved for paying users only!

Yes, Adrive mentions this hugely important detail somewhere in the T&C, but when you are using cloud storage, you are expecting absolute data security, otherwhise you would prefer your homemade storage, right!?

PS: this happened to me somewhere around 2012, but it was not possible to set an earlier date when writing this review.

Unreliable company

They don't inform you when they take your drive offline.
They don't notify you when there is issues with confirming your identity.
They don't respond to requests for help.
They don't respond to requests for cancellation and compensation.
