Very impressed with both the service and products we received. We had new patio doors installed in January.
ADS came and measured up and talked us through our options. Within weeks the doors were fitted, the old ones taken away for disposal and any mess was cleared up completely.
We noticed a difference having the new doors straight away and were so happy with everything we decided to have the rest of the windows and doors changed too.
This was no easy job on a 4 storey house, but ADS arranged everything, including arranging for scaffolding to be set up prior to their arrival.
Everything was installed and finished off within a couple of days.
We are completely happy with how everything went and they fully deserve 5 stars 🌟

Brilliant service from start to finish. The windows are amazing quality and the installation was seamless. The fitters were so tidy and professional during the two days they were here. Would definitely use them again.

We had three windows fitted and I cannot be more impressed how they have installed them. All windows are prefessionally finished and look amazing. We even had a slightly tricky window in our loft conversion which had previously been a botch job and was recessed into the wall. Luckily the guys that came made a great job of it and it looks amazing! We will certainly be getting our next set of windows done by ADS when we can budget for it!

What is this Company doing well, one word EVERYTHING, I'm so happy I decided to use this company my first was BiFold doors, they really do a fantastic job I could not find a fault anywhere, now they have just put in for me 3 internal metal-glass doors, the workmanship is first class, the guy's doing the work did not even stop for a cup of tea, The Best at ADS, no they really are the best.

Following the recent experience with the company for the installation of a replacement door. I would have no hesitation in recommending ADS to friends and family and enable them to benefit from a company which consists of a helpful and courteous team. Which is providing a professional service from start to finish, completing the work on time and within the price quoted.

Window replaced, new panes fitted to existing windows, and a new front door from Endurance supplied and fitted---so the whole range of supply & fit has been experienced. Excellent survey to avoid any surprises, sensible pricing, and sound administration of the contract. Above all all was done at fixed times that were kept, and quality workmanship.

Selecting and ordering our window was very easy with helpful, knowledgeable staff. The installation was on time and completed with professionalism and a keen eye for detail by Adam. A slightly damaged small component was spotted by Adam and quickly replaced 2 days later. A very satisfying experience from end to end and a beautiful product.

The whole process was excellent from start to finish. The person that came to price for the windows was very helpful and gave good advice on how to keep the price down. The price was very competitive. The surveyor was thorough, excellent at his job and gave further advice. I made some modifications and they kept the original price for me. The fitters were just exceptional. We have bought the house of horrors but the fitters worked tirelessly to give us a first class result. They were polite friendly and amazing tradesmen. We picked ADS because we had a similar experience with a newly fitted door a few years back. We have had some truly awful experiences with window companies on two previous occasions. So we know how bad it can be. We can't rate ADS and the entire team highly enough. Huge thanks to all concerned.

The installers were great, on time and did a good job.
The office staff, before the windows were installed, were helpful and friendly (although they got the time of installation wrong).
I did have a question after the installation and the person who phoned me back to discuss this kept saying she couldn't understand what I was saying, couldn't answer my question and finished the call - I wasn't so pleased about that (but found the answer to my question on the internet, in the end).

Had all new windows supplied and fitted and patio door installed by ADS and am incredibly pleased with everything. Fitters Matt and George did an amazing job, their workmanship is outstanding and they were respectful of our property. They cut out a wall to insert patio doors and the finishing was great, they cleared away everything and kept it as tidy as was possible. The windows and door are great quality. From start to finish the whole process has been absolutely fantastic, I can't praise them highly enough. Superb company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them.

The rendering on the outside of the bungalow was made good and the site cleared. All achieved within a day
