Very vague they deliver from abroad so obviously the package will be confiscated at customs end of story.. that was earlier experience they promptly suggested to order the stuff they have in stock in india which was nice ..overall their customer service has been great sadly cant order all the stuff listed due to customs issues.

One of the worst website to order in a beautiful way and and then keep waiting for the product....it will never reach and they 100001 reasons to justify the delay even if its more than 45 days.....
They take your money, and straight away ship the good from foreign supplier skipping themselves from the picture....
If they get stuck, customs and so many things.... i promise you will regret.. I dont know about other websites, but with 100% sincerity i will tell you not to buy from this website..

How unfortunate that you had to experience such a long delay.
Yes, we did ship products from within India as well as from abroad.This was obviously to offer our customers the luxury of a vast range of prodcuts to choose from.
However, this is no longer the case.
All products offered on our website are already inside India so no more delays and customs issues can occur.
We have been able to do this and still remain to have the biggest range of products available in India.
Our policy has reimbursed or replaced any abroad items that took too long to arrive or got stuck. So i can safely assume that you too have received a full refund or a replacement.
Nevertheless, we do understand that the experience remains to be far from optimal.
Again we do apologize for this and we continue in full confidence , knowing that there will be no more such cases.
