I've worked with AdultSiteBroker on a few occasions...they helped me with my own business as well as a couple of companies I referred to them.
The owner and the entire were diligent and did an amazing job helping navigate to through the entire process of our sale.
I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are about as I had absolutely no spamming issues or any other sort of unsolicited engagement with the people at AdultSiteBroker.

This fake company send SPAM to my site form with invitation to review theirs pages on Trustpilot. They give 3 links to Trustpilot. Beside of criminal activity of annoying SPAM by itself it is against the rules of Trustpilot. That means that positive reviews (if they will ever exist) are fake.

They are nuisance
They are nuisance - sending periodically emails with content like "I am interested in your site, please review mine". I can send samples of their messages (usually sent via contact forms on sites).
I am surprised if their activity is not against TrustrPilot rules.
I studied their site and can only tell we won't be using their services even we decide to sell any of our sites.
